I have placed and order the beginning of June of 2011 and have been getting excuses and reasons why I haven't received my products. Don't by from them there are reviews on other sites as well just type in napsgear.net ripoff and you will see there are 100's of people that have been ripoff since March of this year.
Yeap probably a customs problem, no one can control that.. it's the game we play..I will continue to use Naps. ( Juiced_Monkey01)
You probably had a customs problem, which is not their fault and has nothing to do with anything on their end, Sooner or later you will get your stuff.This place is the cream of the crop
I got an order in 2 weeks with everything I ordered and some extras. Very happy! Told naps I would write good reviews for them everywhere google lead me. These guys are back to being the best again, and I'll tell everyone.
Same here, in the past I've had to wait, but they have always come through & they are back & strong now. Dahawk01
I've have wait on products from these guys in th past, but I've alwas received what I ordered and sometimes extra for my troubles. The online customer service and reps are top notch and they've always took care of any issues I had. These guys are my go to source.
