Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram False advertisement & markup fees snuck into finance contracts

The Kissimmee Napelton dealership falsely advertised a 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk for $39,885 then snuck a $5000 markup into the finance contract, without informing me of this markup or going over the finance contract with me. The finance contract lists the vehicle purchase price at $44,885. The $5000 markup nor this change in vehicle price was never presented to me for my consideration on the deal. Advertised prices for '22/23 Jeep Compass Trailhawks from local dealerships on the Internet range from $33,000 to $40,000 depending on trim and options.

I spotted the markup later that same day, but was not able to return to the dealership until the next day, when I demanded they redo the contract without the markup or cancel the deal and return my traded car. They would not do either, but tired to offer me 2 free oil changes (which was presented to me as a second year of vehicle maintenance) and wheel painting, which I am now rejecting, since they never followed through on the wheel painting and additional services I requested. Additionally, Internet reviews of this dealership and their services are horrible, as low as 2.0 out of 5 on Yelp. I do not want anything to do with this dealership, other than to have my contract redone under the 60 month finance contract with the lower 2.99% interest and without the $5000 markup and with the same rebates and trade-in value.

Desired outcome: I want to have my current finance contract cancelled and a new 60 month finance contract done with the lower 2.99% interest and without the $5000 markup and with the same rebates and trade-in value.

Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service department damaged car - refusing to return calls

Not sure where to start with this company. I contacted Napleton Northlake regarding an A/C issue where the A/C was making a loud clicking noise and going out intermittently on my Jeep, which was under factory warranty. I was told to bring it in on a scheduled date and they would look at it. Upon arrival, I was told that they couldn't look at it for a few days. When I asked the rep., why would they have me bring it in if they could not look at it and be without a vehicle, I just received a response, we are backed up. Since I already arranged transportation, I just left it and was told they would call me. Unfortunately, no one ever called. After a week of leaving voicemails and text messages, since neither the rep, nor the service department have EVER picked up the phone or returned a voicemail, I decided just to go and pick up the vehicle. On the way, I made one last attempt to text the rep. that I was going to be there in 30 minutes and have the car ready regardless of the repair status. I magically received my first response, "it is ready". After arrival, the rep. brought the car around and I walked to the driver's door to find the unmistakable loud noise coming from the A/C was still there. This is where it gets better. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they also managed to damage my dashboard and ac vent. While they were not going to bring up the fact they damaged the vehicle, the rep. agreed it was their fault and took pictures from his mobile phone. Luckily, I also took video and pictures of the noise and condition of the vehicle before and after. He stated they would order the parts and call me back. A week later, I took the vehicle to Arrigo where they fixed the A/C issue in 24 hours. Fast forward 5 months, after being told by Rich the service manager that the parts were ordered and going through the same process of no one picking up the phones or returning calls, someone from another department told me the parts were never ordered.

Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Sale of our jeep

On the 8th of January we sold our 2016 jeep wrangler unlimited Sahara to this dealer unbeknown to Us they had no intention of paying us they told us after we sold it that we would have to wait, it's now been 17 days and the loan has been paid off the title is clear the vehicle is for sale on their lot and yet we still have not received a penny of our money. We have asked for our jeep back. This dealer has defrauded a 71 year old senior citizen of $23, 000. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!

Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Deceiving Dealer practices

SCAM! .. OVERCHARGED! These people are Liars and thieves. Where do I start. I was trading in my 2013 Charger SRT8 and buying a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee.. We agreed on the price of the Jeep MSRP 40, 475 and we were negotiating the price of the SRT8 trade in.. They wanted to give me $36, 000 and I wanted $38, 000.. Finally they gave in and gave me the $38, 000 I wanted. ( LITTLE DID I KNOW THEY TACKED IT ON TO THE PRICE OF THE CAR) And switched up the paperwork on me so that I wouldn't see the both Trade in and Car price at the same time.. They "messed up" the paperwork and had to REDO it FOUR TIMES.. I HAD to sign that stupid AGREEMENT FOUR times! Needless to say.. I was duped and over charged $3360. When I went in to finance to dispute it Steve Diaz. BLATANTLY tells me, YES the salesman LUKE POMPER made it seem like you were getting your $38, 000 for the trade in but then added it to total cost of the Jeep. So if you considering buying a car here. MY advice.. GO ELSEWHERE.. Look at all the similar reviews.. They are RUTHLESS SHARKS and Liars.

Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Abusive behavior and not paying me when i quit

after 2 months of getting cursed at day in and day out at the top of my managers lungs. also the constant getting yelled at about the customers where they could even hear. Working 80 hrs w week with no overtime. I secretly took this video just so people would not think I was just a dis gruntled employee telling a lie. Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Auto purchase fraud

I recently went in to buy a truck for my son ant Napleton Dodge in Kissimmee FL. We put down $5760 down plus a$1000 trade. They had also ask my son for a print out of his banking statements so he could get the loan based on his earned income. He did that on line in front of them, not just once, but twice. Napleton then printed it out the bank statement in there office twice, and submitted it to the bank for the loan. Mike the sales manager put down more money than my son had made, so my son could get the loan by lying to the bank. The bank caught this lie and denied him their loan after he drove the truck around for a week. We then to save face for my son, tried to show to the bank he earned more money on another job that he has as an independent contractor to meet their qualifications. but after the lie Napleton Dodge had done by portraying that my son had did this lie, and not Napleton would not give him the loan by showing more earned income. When we went back to get all our money back it took a week to get our money back of witch the needed immediately for the deal, Our title for the auto in trade had their name stamped on it, and they would not give us a clean title, just a letter of explanation to the license be rue. Stay away from Napleton Dodge, they will do anything for a sale, even lie and discredit a young mans credit for it's own selfish gains.

its true they talk trash about customers behind closed doors. I know Iwoked there and right before I quit i took a hidden video camera in the sales managers office. he was mad becaus a little old lady came in to buy a car close to closing time. FRAUD! Napleton's Northlake Chrysler Jeep Dodge/ FreeGasRedemption.com

In November of '07 I responded to Ad sponsored by Napleton's they were offering $2000 in a newspaper Ad for free gas for the purchase of a car that week. I went in traded in my old Seabring and bought a brand new one, cash. I was an easy customer. I asked for my $2000 in gas redemption and was handed four $500 gas certificates, which clearly read 1 per house hold. Therefore it was impossible to them to give their buyer $2000 in gasoline, I was not happy. After calling free gas redemption and explaining my dilemma, a representative told me to simply mail them all in with a different address and I would get back my $2000. This was around March 2008. I actually only mailed in 3. One of the 3 I have received back $75 in debit cards. The second card I have received nothing, and the third card they cashed my $5 money order and never responded. It cost $5 to register each card, and postage to send in, $100 each month of receipts. I have called numerous times and have spoken to numerous representative, and have kept records. They are always saying they have received everything in order, and they are sorry, sorry, sorry, ect. On January 22nd, everything was still being processed supposedly. In February, their lanes are constantly busy or no one answers. Basically this was fraud and a waste of time. I called my car dealership numerous times and no one returned any of my calls. Once I spoke to a woman there who basically said it was not their problem. I would have preferred to speak to a manager and put in a couple calls to "Randy" who has not returned my calls, even though he has no idea why I am calling. I am a real estate broker, if I gave this kind of service to my clients I would never make any money. Although, Napleton's Chrysler may not have control over the fraudulent behavior of the free gas redemption, they should be addressing the concerns of their clients who have spent thousands of dollars to purchase a new car from them. It was the Ad for $2000 in free gas that brought me into their dealership, I purchased a car and did not get what I was offered. Good service is definitely not their trademark, or they would be calling back the clients that have been complaining and offering them a perk of some kind to make up for the program they never should have referred us to. Shame on the free gas redemption program for ripping off thousands of people, and shame on Napleton's Northlake at 3703 Northlake blvd, Lake Park, Fl 34403, for not doing their homework and being more sympathetic, to the rip of we acquired through their false advertising.

I purchased a Sebring convertable in September 2008 and to close the deal I was promised a $500.00 gas card.I've called on numerous times to the sales manager for Napleton Northlake and was told it will come shortly.It is now May 2009 and still nothing has been received.I can tell this that another car will never be purchased by me from this dealership.I think it was all a fraud and hope the State looks into this fraudulent practice.
