NanoScale Corporation / Poor service and arrogant

We bought their nano materials MgO and CaO / . They quoted us CIF(HongKong) with Fedex Express. We send them PO, and they confirmed with their PI. Unfortunately they gave us Fedex tracking number, extreme delay happened. About 10 days later they changed shipping methode and shipped by Air Korea, and ask us to pick up the goods at HongKong air port. Our order is Fedex Express door to door service, and they charged us for that. We ask them to deduct the shipping fee for sending people to HongKong air port to pick up the goods. But they recalled the goods.

They breached the contract and never communicate and negotiate with us for what they did. They did not tell us shipping by Air Korea before they had done it. They did not tell us recalling the goods after the goods were in HongKong airport. Our people went to airport but cannot pick up the goods without their shipping bill. We send them emails for it, they just ignore our emails.

They have customer satisfaction survey when you place an order with them.

My feedback is very poor, very bad service. Their arrogant just hurts themself. Never do business with them again.
