Nandha gas agency,15 arcot road,saligramam review: Delay of gas 4

I have booked the cylinder on 31/01/2016 but today 18/02/2016, i got a sms that my refill booking has been cancelled contact your distributor.I called the nanda gas distributor many times buit no response from their side. No one picking the phone very worst customer service.

I have Nanda Gas connection for the past 1 year. Can anyone please let me know - How many days it will take to get the Cylinder, after Getting a SMS like " Bill has been generated and Cylinder will be delivered shortly"
Bcoz Nanda gas agency is delivering the cylinder very very late and no proper response / answer from them in this regard.

I have Nandha Gas connection for over 3 years, As soon as I book the Gas cylinder and when the Cylinder service man who comes to connects that with our Stove, I face problem with that person who is not properly checking the gas cylinder while connecting the Washer
every time that person comes and keeps the cylinder and goes off so that when i try to connect the gas is leaking out . If he is not checking the washer connecting gas Cylinder in stove then it may cause danger of Gas Leaking.
Is this a way to put the Gas Cylinder. Who will do response for this kind of danger of Inappropriate Gas Cylinder? After i book the Gas Cylinder I was facing this Problem frequently.
Request to send the correct person to deliver the good Gas Cylinder instead of leaking gas cylinder.

Hi,

In Nanda Gas Agency, I have applied for a new connection with all the necessary documents they required also with address-proof from company as I am not having ration-card. They have sanctioned and also I got registration letter; The problem is now the line-man is approaching me privately that I need to get Affidavit for the address-proof; Also he is asking me to pay 250 rupees for that.

Is it the procedure to get the connection. If that line-man is fradulant shall register a complaint in Consumer-Court.

Why these agencies recruiting these kind for frauds and giving him all powers that they can do anything.
