Namesecure.com / Bad service
I have a small business in Australia and I purchased a mail box from namesecure.com to help control the amount of spam I was getting. I paid on 24th May for the mailbox which was supposed to redirect mail sent to that box to my normal email address. It didnt work from day one and I have sent over 30 emails to Namesecure to have it fixed but all I get is automated responses and no action. It is now June 5 and they still havent answered this problem. My business has been without email (that means without business for 2 weeks) They are uncontactable, and the most difficult crowd I have ever had to deal with. If you need this kind of service you would be best served to look elsewhere.
