Dear Winner,

The prestigious MICROSOFT and AOL COMPANIES have set out and successfully organized a Sweepstakes marking the year 2008 Anniversary. We rolled out over GBP £5, 000.000.00 (Five Million Great British Pounds) for our end of year Anniversary Draws. Participants for this draws were randomly selected and drawn from a wide range of web hosts which we enjoy their patronage.

The selection was made through a computer draw system, by attaching personalized e-mail addresses of Individuals and Companies e-mail addresses to Ticket Numbers. If you ignore this, you will regret it later. MICROSOFT and AOL are one of the largest Internet Companies and in an effort to make sure that Internet Explorer remains the most widely used program, we are running an e-mail beta test.

Your e-mail address as indicated was drawn and attached to ticket number [protected] with serial numbers BTD/[protected]/06 and drew the lucky numbers [protected]) which subsequently won you GBP £1, 000, 000.00 (One Million Great British Pounds) as one of the 10 Jackpot Winners in this draw. You have therefore won the entire winning sum of GBP £1, 000, 000.00 (One Million Great British Pounds) the draws registered as Draw number one was conducted in Liverpool, London on the 1st November 2008. These Draws are commemorative and as such special.

Got the same letter through my email. i've also noticed that the same letter was sent to another person in India with the same ticket number, batch number, lucky number and common sense tells us that 2 people cant have the same ticket and lucky numbers.

Anyway, it's unfortunate how people take advantage of others but as a born again Christian, i take this moment to warn the tricksters that whatever they rob from others will be taken away from them big time!

Let's all be careful not to give in to such deals that are quite nasty.

I received the email today on 24th November 2009. Thank you all for complaining and I hope others like me will discover that this is a scam.
