I lost my home in 2005 after being layed off. We began the process in 2011 here we are in July 2012 and nothing. I resubmitted everything at least 12 times invited everyone in the church to join and apply it is a fraud. Its as if the the main office wants loans to fail. May everything that is done in secret be exposed in Jesus name. Please don't waste your time it is a fraud a huge lie. I wanted the program to be real and not fake but it is not...who wants to keep their family homeless not us but I can't say the same for NACA.

More than 35, 000 families now own their own home through the NACA Purchase Program. Nowhere is it promised that the process is fast or easy, and every person's individual circumstances are different. The reason the NACA program works is because we refuse to take the shortcuts that the banks used to create the mortgage bubble which then resulted in the greatest economic collapse since the Great Depression.

The simple fact of the matter is that it may take a great deal of patience and persistence, but the program is 100% successful for those who have the determination to stick with it. With a fixed, below-market interest rate, not down payment and no closing costs, those who have the dedication to see it through always say it is well worth the effort.

Naca is a fraud; they take you through a long process and hold your file for years they tell you everything is okay and then say they cannot work with you. Do not trust them. They may help some but it is not the norm find another program for home purchase. There are plenty of good programs. Even try going through your bank. If you do not have a response with in 3weeks leave Naca. The oakland branch has the laziest manager, she does not like to work and is prejudice, she does not help any one at all.

If you lost your home in 2005 ion 2007 you would have been able to start the process, but here's the catch you have to prove that you are ready for homeownership . If you where not making your payments on time or have not displayed a favorable credit history it can and will take you longer to complete the process . The process is not for those that would like a home instantly . We try to educate you on homeownership . Even though we do not base the loan on your credit score we base it on your character . Meaning if you are still displaying poor credit habits you will need to prove that you are taking charge of your past credit issues .
I dont know the particulars to your file but for what you have discussed you have some issues that you need resolved in order for the underwriter to approve the loan .
First step know your credit history check your credit and be aware of the things that are reporting on your credit report .
Step 2 pay your bills on time
NACA is not a scam and we assist homeowner's from all walks of life . I am willing to offer you my assistance.
