NABL INSURANCE review: Ok'd surgery, then refused to pay anything 4

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I was ok, d for carpal tunnel surgery and the MD follow up. After the surgery was done, the refused to pay for any of this, plus said the surgery for the other hand would need to be cancelled. Now I have a bill for $7, 000+ and more coming in. Do I have any hope for payment or reimbursement?

I too was defrauded by NABL formally known as RBA (Rural Benefits Association). I incurred thousands in medical bills that went unpaid. Contacted New Jersey Banking and Insurance Association and spoke to them on my situation. Got a call back immediately from an Investigator. This company is now under Federal Investigation with over 10, 000 cases of recipients with unpaid medical bills! Telephone calls to them are fruitless; only get voice messages. If you do get a live person on the phone, you never get a last name as it is a scam. Fortunately, I did get the last name of the person who's voice was on the recording (her mistake). That first and last name was given to the Investigator. I / we were stuck paying these bills. We'll never see this money again unless some time way down the road there is a Class Action Suit brought about, it is hard earned money just thrown away.

I too have been paying into this insurance company under another named insurer that had supposedly taken over the company. THEY ARE FRODULANT. They have payed nothing in the year I had them. Wondering if a class action suit has been filed. I would like to jump on board.

I have had this insurance company for a little bit and had nothing but troubles. Has my DOB wrong. They would not cover prescriptions because they got a new carrier and did not inform me. I needed a heart monitior and ecocardiogram and PAID NOTHING. Now the place I had this done is sending me to collection. They keep trying to contact the insurance company and they say they are still processing it. A YEAR LATER. GIVE ME A BREAK. FAX A COMPLAINT TO [protected].

I had an emergency room bill of $5, 000.00 and they did not pay a penny.
