Naaptol Online Shopping Deective product

I had purchased a health walker with infrared through "naaptol" online shopping. I had got the product delivered to my residence on 24 / 07 / 2010. The same stopped working on 09 / 08 / 2010 and a complaint to the effect was loged on the same day. But there is no proper response from their end. They want me to come and get the product exchanged at their shop which is practically not possible as i stay in mira road and the shop is at ghatkopar. I repeatedly requested them to deliver the subsitute product at my residence. However nobody is bothered to oblige, as they may be very busy delivering such faulty products to other innocent customers who may fall into the same trap like me

The mobile they delivered is faulty one.But no response from them either for replacement or refund

Naaptol Online Shopping ORDER CANCELLED & ORDER AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED EVEN AFTER 70 DAYS FROM 'Naaptol.com'

i'm ANKIT KAPADIYA from surat-gujarat.i have ordered CAR MULTIMEDIA PLAYER from naaptol.com. i got that product at my deliverd addres at 09�62010 & i pay the cash 1500 Rs. [product charge] + 200 Rs. [shipping charge] = Total paid Amount 1700 Rs. through 'cash on delivery option'.but i send back this product next day via BLUE DART courier because they sent me a defective pieace. this is the document of the i dispatched the car multimedia player via BLUE DART courier at 11�62010. it's AWB NO. is [protected] & i send the POD copy & SHIPPER'S copy via FAX & E-mail [[protected]@naaptol.com & [protected]@naaptol.com]at 15�62010. my order no. is 468160. i complained lots of time regarding my refund amount on naaptol custmour care no. my complain no. is 180583 but no reply from them. already i have charged for contacting them more than 500 RS. naaptol call center no.is [protected] & [protected]
please help me for solve this case

Naaptol Online Shopping They are taking advantage of the brandname of Nokia and fooling peoples

I had ordered one nokia battery from naaptol, my order number was 353945. But i received the duplicate battery. I had confirmed it with the nokia care and even I am no getting a proper backup which is not more then 2 Hrs. Sometime with continuous use it drain up in half an hour. On their website they hadnt mentioned duplicate Nokia
battery. They are taking advantage of the brandname of Nokia and fooling peoples. Even i had contacted there customer care many time but not getting proper response. Please help me in this regard.

Naaptol Online Shopping Naaptol is doing fraud & cheating business on national level

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wanted to highlight the running fraud & cheating on nationwide big level.
Please look at this company & complaints registers against this company.

Company is www.naaptol.com
This is one of the most shameless & one of the biggest fraud & cheater company.
Which is cheating all the Indians in this country.
Unfortunately, there are no such law/rule in India to protect customers.

I had placed an order on www.naaptol.com with the details bellow.

Order No. : 416131
Item Orderd: Altec Lansing VS2421 Speaker 2.1
Date of Purchase: May 22, 10
Amount Paid: Rs. 2599.00/-

In their terms & condition, it's mentioned that, item will be delivered in 7-10 days.
But after 9 days, my item is not shipped at all. Repeated calls (chargeable ISD) to their customer service has no benefit at all. Already spent hundreds of rupees on calls & multiple e-mails has no +ve results. Customer care just lies to the customers. They are instructed to give just false commitments to the customers.
This company is just behind the buyers' money & don't deliver the product.
If by mistake they deliver the product, it's always a fake/duplicate of the original.
It's a nationwide scam & surprisingly, govt has turned blind eye on such big scams.

I totally disagree on the above mentioned complaint because as i am a loyal customer of Naaptol.com Since last 2 years & they have never Cheated me or done some fraud with me instead of delivering the product in TAT of 7 working days as a telephonic Conversation they deliverd me the product in 3 working days & its working properly. So According to me its A Great Online Shopping Portal. And i had a Great Experience with Naaptol.com

Naaptol Online Shopping DEFECTIVE ITEM

Sir I purchased one mobile from NAAPTOL by telemarketing by seeing advertisement in paper in (i.e Times of India, DNA and Hindustan times). After one week I got a telephone call from NAAPTOL, said that I have been selected to get a lucky prize( i.e a sandiago poloclub wrist watch). Then I contacted customer care of NAAPTOL and came to know that, to get that wrist I have to pay shipping charge Rs. 500/-. I agreed to get the wrist watch and to pay the shipping charge. I got the wrist watch on 28/02/2010 having order no.185819. One day suddenly the watch felled down from my wrist. By seeing thoroughly it was observed that, the coupling of strap to the watch was broken and also by falling the dial was got so many scratch. The watch is having 06 months warranty. I have contacted so many times to NAAPTOL customer care and also sending repeated e-mails. But failed to get any reply.

Finally I came to conclusion that, NAAPTOL is cheating to customer.
PLZ. help me to get repaired.

it is a true compliant. They are not taking care of customers.Only trying to sell defective items to customer and making foolish, cheating to customer

I purchased a spy pen video camera vide order No.300868, but they have sent a defective piece to me. When I complained, they gave me a address( somewhere in Hyderabad) to courier the same. I sent the item via courier but they have not replied at all. Again and again I complained to the authority of NAAPTOL but it goes in vain. At last I realised that this is a fraud organisation and we should not trust. I forgotten the amount (Rs.1749) and decided to never go with such fraud telephonic shopping / e-shopping.

sewing machine not working

Dear sir/madam,
Last month i bought a Mini Silai Machine Combo from Naaptol.Com after seeing an ad in newspaper. My Naaptol.com Order No. 1598261 dtd. 7/4/2011. I got the product and a few days later i found that the Sewing Machine was not in satisfactory level, and its not working. Because of this I suffered a lott. I complained a lot of times to the Naaptol customer care. Naaptol.com Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.We would request you to visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:C.N.Corporation,
A/b b/wing, Star Manor Apt, Anand Road, Near Ruhia Hall, Malad (West), Mumbai- 400064.Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You dont have to pay any courier charges for the same. Kindly mention your Order # [1598261] sending it back on a piece of paper in the parcel.
Please help us with the AWB # after sending the product.You will surely get the replaced product within 7 to 10 working days from the day we receive the product back, they promised they will get back me soon.But they didn’t given any response. Since then I am trying to contact Naaptol.com Every customer of Naaptol.com is facing the same problem. I would like to request you to kindly take a action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol.com) which they given in the News Paper is -[protected]/[protected]. This firm is continously cheating the public with their fraud Advertisement and wrong products.I recived your mail message then i went to the nearest BLUE DART COURIER but they are not taking the your product { Mini Silai Machine Combo }. The Blue Dart Courier people say that they want your company instructions letter and Mail Message them. The waranty period is also coming to end, I have Mailed Messages you many times but there is no reply from you sir. you have given some CENTRALIZED A/C NO:113260, MODE " D P " and ORDER NO: 1598261 on dated 07-04-2011. so plz replace me a new product or refund me the total amount Rs:2300=00.
I humbly request you to kindly some take immediate necessary action as early as possible.
I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my problem immediately.
