SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

myvikeylock as well as steeing lock

I am Hema owing Perodua Myvi with plet number PJG1072.I bought this car in July 2009
The car could not turn the key and steering to start.I have tried on gears but in no help.I call up
smart assist, with their fast assistance, the foreman call me up and told me what time they are
arriving.Eventhough it is 11.15p.m. they came to check on the car.With all the checkings the
foreman arranged to tow my car on the next day as they could not repair.

Today 28/8/2010 about 3.00p.m., I went to Perodua Service Centre at Jalan Jelawat, Seberang Jaya,
Penang. I have spoken to their staff on the occurence, but they could not repair it and I was told that they
need to order spare parts as this is rare cases.

My teleconversation with the Manager En Zamri, he told me they will speed up the process.
I have
requested for a spare car or claims on car rental, but he told me that they do not provide this.I am
unhapy on this matter as I am working and single mother of two school going childrens.This cause
inconvenience to me.

I therefore request for alternative vehicle while waiting for my car to be repaired.I hope you will consider
my request.
