scam with so called "discounted" shipping rates
MyUs.com clearly scams customers with their online, on their website calculator, shipping rates quotes in such a manner, where they must make, when properly calculated, way above the 100 million dollar/per year mark in scammed fraudulent shipping overcharges-profits from overcharging their customers with USPS rates for example.
Also other shipping companies like DHL, UPS and FEDEX l rates accessible outside their company to the public are cheaper then the www.myus.com website calculated rates .
1) Their fraudulent advertisements for cheapest shipping rates, and the subsequent over charges work this way: they are offering shipping rates on their websites, fraudulently stating and claiming they are cheaper then the usual normal publicly offered rates to consumers, when the rates they quote, are an average of 50% to 100% more expensive then the normal rates with USPS for example.
2) Of course having a BBB A+ plus rating (...coming from merely 3 people who voted such an A+ rating on the BBB site..no joke here..just 3 people can make it happen to get an A+ from the Better Business Bureau!), on their site do not hurt convincing customers this shop is all legit.
3) So their Scam with Shipping rates are easy to see, when you do the following : compare public USPS rates on the public USPS website for a certain weight .
Then you get the quote from www.myus.com website, and for the very same shipping, you will be showing numbers where you will paying 50%-100% more .
4) When trying to get an answer from this company, you will have to face customer service people who keep on writing about discounts here and there, although you didn't ask for discounts, and statements about discounts (which are none anyways), but for a clear explanation why their www.myus.com calculator charges 50%-100% more for the very same shipping criterias than what USPS website calculator offered to the normal public.
5) if you want to talk to other customer service personal, because you didn't get your query answered in any way shape or form, they will refuse to connect you with a supervisor.
6) Their website is not showing any information on contacting directly the board of directors, CEO, CFO, CCO etc etc are not accessible, of course.
7) This is one of the most dubious shops I have ever encountered so far, .
8) I just signed up with them, I have not even done one single shipping yet, and have encountered all these fraudulent situations, numbers, charges and confrontation already.
Then there is a BBB rating of an A+, which when I looked it up, is actually based on solely 3 people votes alone. Which is a bit a mystery to me, since www.myus.com has millions of customers, and there are only 3 people that now make up for an A+ rating coming from the BBB.

10) Why is the attorney general not interested in such open fraudulent scams? The scammed profits alone should be more then necessary, to convince the attorney general office to get curious here: simply take the number of customer www.myus.com claims to have and multiply that by such overcharges.
Changed my 1 star to 5, here is why: i was able to have a very lengthy phone call with the board of directors, as in the CCO Mr Amato today, who was finally a person who had one goal : to fix all this . which he did. it turns out that it was not clearly explained that the company is focusing on the ones amongst us who only want to consolidate a few boxes into one shipment, and these overcharges are actually handling fees for these re-packings, and there it certainly is more economical even when such 94$ charges become 138 $ at the end. For many shipment individually would cost so much more to those kind of customers, then on single for 138 $. He was fully aware that people like myself might only want forwarding of one single box, and since they don't have rates for such simple forwarding, the ones which are for repacking many boxes rates come sadly into play, and that pricing is not of interest to a simple forwarding maneuver . Mr Amato explained, that in the next 3-6 months his company will launch such services, which will be targeted to simple forwarding of single boxes, a the pricing would be set at a level, that it would become interesting to people like myself. He also is sending a few people back into training camp, he said, and was all ears to hear what was discussed over email and phone calls. Changes will be made, and this case here will be used as an example for the training inhouse, to learn from. i will leave my experience live here, also as an example of how these things should be handled by other companies, when we consumers have bad experiences, and that changes to improve are indeed possible as explained above through people like Mr Amaato in this case here

I used to think their company was really great, because of positive reviews. They are real thieves. I ordered one shirt and one skirt. But they repacked my items in order to increase the volumetric weight. When I received my order was packed in three boxes. Can you imagine that? Without the boxes my orders weight was 430 grams, but with the whole package it was 950 grams. So I had to pay 30$ for it. That same day I contacted the and complained. They told that they will make a special discount for my next order. I was okay with that and decided to order something else. The promised discount was 80%. But when I got my second order the same thing happened and I had to pay full price. There was no discount made. Well, the shipping was meant to be free from, I had to pay for everything! I paid for clothes, shipping, weight, custom fees! And that is not a joke. I paid about 150$ for a skirt and few t-shirts. Then I received an email from them telling how happy they are that I am their client. Of course they are happy with all my money! Don't do business with them, they are liars and thieves! That was very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Firstly they cancelled the original shipment, repacked and sent (Fedex AWB [protected] changed to AWB [protected]) The repacking net weight is less but the box is bigger (showing that less item/weight was in the repackaging) It was shown that the cancellation of shipment and repacking were done by Michael and Brandon.
I had been asking why repacked the parcel in the first place
( I had never complained about the postage) and no reasonable answer was given. This person named Kathleen had been sending me apologetic emails but could not give me an exact answer why and who initiated the cancellation and repacking.
When I asked them to search their premise again as maybe the item had been left out, they did not bother to check.
I suspect a theft issue here! What should I do?
I am having the same problem with them.
I will never give up until I got my package or the right compensation.

I bought shoes from ebay which wight 1.9 lbs. I asked Myus to ship it to me to Saudi Arabia. The only information that I have is the login weight. I don't have the DIM weight ti calculate the cost to decide to ship the item or cancel it. So, I checked the price, it was $33 then I have orderd it to be shipped. after ordering and shipping they told the DIM weight is 10lbs which cost $69. So, I want complain about that.

This is the second time for MyUS to lose my items, the first time it was since September 2014 I always ship my packages to MyUS from many online store and being rest assured that I will get my items with confident but suddenly I found one items was lost and no one told me about it so I checked the history and it was dropped without any reason as the item was Perfume and no one informed me about this. However I opened a case with them and still following up with them.
Last week I was collecting 4 packages including some accessories and hard drive and I checked out the snapshot of the drive in the inbox which is great thing to make you confident, however I requested to ship the 4 packages, and it took long time to get a feedback about the shipment progress, then I was very surprised that I received an email confirming that the shipment has been processed with 3 packages and after I received another email apology regarding the missing package! The big question is who gave you (MyUS) the authority to take decision to ship the packages like this way ( even with missing package ) without asking me first to decide because this will cost me a lot. Now MyUS looking for the missing item (the one i got picture about) and gave me one week to find it which is unacceptable at all!
Guys what should I do? please I need your support and help those MyUS not doing their job properly and they should pay us for any mistake happened to our valuable packages or time!

abusive power improper charges
They are holding one of my packages since early November and discussing about the price the item should be declared. I've proven the purchase value via website, invoice, picture, description and their own proforma invoice and they keep holding it so they can charge me storage fees. I've been dealing with them every day for almost a month and they keep uncompromising giving me no arguments other that "they cannot accept my invoice".
Holding the package will make them charge me daily storage fees and declaring it the double of the cost will make me pay the double in customs taxes and expenses.
I tried all kinds of arguments and it seems that they have made their mind already and are making this personal.
The service is awful, the arguments are weak and the democracy and customer respect is something they don't teach in this company. Also, they can't even sustain an opinion given by one of their colleagues, who has agreed with me on November 22nd and now they're backing on the opinion.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I shipped with this company some perfumes from USA to Saudi Arabia. I paid for additional insurance fees and special handling fees to secure my shipment.
The shipment delayed and arrived after 2 weeks and it was damaged and the perfume leaked on other bottles and boxes.
I contacted MyUs customers support provided them with all photos and invoices for my shipment. The total cost for shipping and the perfumes was in range of 600$.
After 2 months from my escalation for my shipment they comeback to me saying the insurance company covered only the damaged bottle and will not pay you for other 6 bottles spoiled boxes and has some scratches and damages!?
We will refund you only 191.24$. You can contact your merchant for the other items.
I offered them to to take the shipment back and refund me full amount but they rejected my offer.
This the worst experience I had with shipping from US to Saudi Arabia. I have more than 6 years experience with Aramex shop and ship.. always was professional services and support.
Please let me know to whom I need to escalate them to get my money back

I was chatting with this girl and asked her some few qns (live chat) but she just magically without telling me canceled my suite account and closed the chat but I didn't ask her to do so, i tried talking to other live chat person she claimed that it was cancelled because I have multiple accounts I told her its not mine its for my brother its just same name used because he used my credit card. she said no both are mine wtf man that's how you treat a customer? Like Im trying to send my stuff from my suite which has no any unpaid or anything just clean. but she claimed the other one(my brothers one) has unpaid balance so she moved packages to that account and closed mine like really? And I paid $10 for it bro..So does she think that will make him pay? Are you kidding me? And what's a point of transferring packages from one suite another ? Will that make him pay? I told her I want my a/c back ASAP if you won't I'm gonna leave negative feedbacks but she seems careless. I'm a customer service agent too so trust me I know these type of coworkers they never willing for work now I'm so disappointed people shouldn't go with myus these days. All started when I was looking for an US forwarding company to buy a birthday present (a projector) which was only available to americans consumers.
Alright so after few times I decide to deal with MyUs as they had a Times Magazine's article and an A+ as BBB Rating.
So I join their service with the "Premium Subscription" ($27 USD) and add a request for the object I want to order...
First surprise: you have to verify your account with a random amount taken from your bank account. This process took 48 hours (while I was already late) and is precised nowhere (neither in the F.A.Q. nor in the Compliance Policy).
So after waiting 2 days, I finally have this amount and can verify my account.

Even if while the request was in the "pending" status I have been promised that it'll get processed as soon as I will verify my account, it finally changes to the "cancelled" status without receiving any mail.

So let's recapitulate: after wasting me more than 2 days, MyUs closed my account for "fraudulent activities" -while I am pure as the driven snow-, "hunged up" on me and had hell of nerve to insinuate that I AM the fraudster even though I correctly paid the subscription fees, had to deal with unexpected security measures and waited quietly.
Please note that I have been told that I'd get refunded all the fees but they only refunded me $24 USD over the $27 USD:

Just an advice: run away from them
This is my first time of using their service. A friend sent me a package to my suite and the package was received by them two days ago and I wanted to login to check if they've logded the package in my suit all I got was account can't be found. I went on to chat with their customer service live and they told me my account was cancelled. No emails was sent yet and no reason whatsoever. I'm a Nigerian I believe they're doing that because of racism or so but for two days now i don't know what's going on and how I'm gonna get my package.

Beware of MyUS - hidden cost in shipping overcharge
MyUS is overcharging on shipping cost! Did you notice that they like to compare themselves with competition, but they never compare the apples with apples?
Their USPS is twice as much expensive than retail postal rates.
Their DHL service is more expensive than other companies shipping methods.
They always pretend like giving you special discount and writing positive comments about their own business. Just check the online reviews to see how their employees are giving ridiculous examples of MyUS low pricing.
Do not get burned by these scammers. If you don't use your account you will get charged by INACTIVITY fee. No other company is doing that!
If you complain they will close your account and charge you full retail prices (2-3 times more expensive) just to ship your packages out!

I tried to use MYUS to send a purse for my Chinese family, but they were not working my package really well, so I asked them to send my package back to my American address in Florida. They used 1 month to check the package for no reason. Finally they charged me
169 Dollars on my credit card without noticing me (I even didn't know they sent it and they never give me a receipt ) ! I called them they said that delivery fee is 13 dollars and INSURANCE FEE is 156 dollars! I NEVER said I want they bought insurance for my package. I canceled my MYUS account on 4th May after the bad experience. But I found MYUS charged me another 35 Dollars on my credit card on 16th May! I even didn't know that until I saw the message of transaction which my credit card company sent to me!
I am really angry now. I just came America for 1 year, I don't know what I can do, where I can complain.
I totally agree. Just did business with them and had to cancel immediately after the first delivery. The deliver cost more than more than my item. Never heard that in my life. Why would I agree to something like that.
They debit my credit card without even saying this is the amount. Not even a chance to say no or cancel. Just as the email made clear to tell me how much my goods cost, which incidentally I already knew. I bought the item. They could have email to said in that very email how much the shipping costs were. I was SUPER SHOCKED when I saw the debited amount from credit card.
They are bad for today's business. Do not do any business with them. Stay away.

I really regret trusting MyUS. I have several package and there’s ALWAYS a mistakes in each package! and what most ridicilous answer I ever had is that such mistakes is COMMON in MyUS! What a very bad services, , I email the cs and the cs manager and they said that they have make an adjusment to my package. But what I get is same mistakes repeated, again and again! Please rethink a million times before using their services. I think an expensive cost is not a problem if you get an excellent service. But surely NOT from MyUS.

Not only is the company being sued by the Attorney General on a civil level, but hopefully they will be criminally prosecuted for extortion, grand larceny for illegal real estate dealings at their clients' expense, as well as elder abuse regarding their elder clients who were in fact led to believe that within 60 days from the date of signing on the dotted line and producing a deposit, that they would be provided with an attorney that they had no possible resources to do so. They willfully, maliciously, and intentionally defrauded hundreds of people out of millions of dollars, all the while keeping the money moving so that it would not be traceable.
They unlawfully and intentionally held the first month's "legal services fees" as pure profit with no intention to even attempt to have the matter assigned to counsel (which under the law since they are not licensed by the Bar Association to act as an attorney referral service they could not anyway). They forced clients to agree to have their accounts "ACH'd" for payments, then subsequently obtained their account numbers to further commit fraud by directly debiting these people's accounts.
The depth of their unlawful actions is beyond what many, other than those who had the misfortune of bring tricked into working for them, knew. They preyed on the desparate and took their money and their homes. Each officer (Pulvino, Barker, Sandison, Soutar, Fleetwood, and Burns) should all have their assets seized, their bank accounts seized, their cars and the spoils of their deceipt taken and used as settlement funds. Barker, Pulvino and Sandison need to go to prison.
People who got themselves into bad loans to begin with because they were over-zealous and did not think before they jumped have only themselves to blame. Unfortunately, because everyone wants to blame someone else, you ultimately gave a criminal entity like this an opportunity to thrive and steal from you. PEOPLE, IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS. Just like all those "fabulous loans" you were getting and not realizing that the real estate bubble was going to break: it should have popped in 2004.
As your lesson from this, realize that you impacted the economy as much as the lenders and servicers who engaged in predatory lending practices. Greed and a false sense of security can be powerfully dangerous commodities when not kept in check.

I joined www.myus.com and ordered some car parts. A couple of days before the shipment arrived I got an email stating that they might have sent me baby formula by mistake. The formula arrived a week ago, and I am still battling to get an answer as to when and if I will get the goods I paid for. I would think twice before using them again.

messed up shipment
I have just received my shipment from Access USA and in the shipment a dress from Neiman Marcus has gone missing. It was included in my invoice, it was also taken off my record but the dress and the receipt is not in the shipment.
This is not the first time that they have messed up my shipment. They have once lost an item from Nordstrom, and have also sent a Gas Analyzer to me which is not mine. I don't even know what it does. I have sent an email to Access USA demanding them to find the dress. Hope I get a decent response this time.
