I called [protected] to close out my account since there is not obvious option available to close out the account information. UHC sent written notice the company was with drawing from the Health care market place and no longer providing coverage.

The first time I called "" the customer service representative hook up on me. The second time I called I was bounced to a recording offering a $100.00 bonus for signing up on one of the programs available. I never could find a option to close out the online account for I guess they are too busy to help or are not legally obligated to provide assistance to close out an account or are they obligated?
