MyTrip / e-Travela ticket I bought which I have not gotten any mail.

My name is FRANK YAW BOAKYE. Please i bought a ticket from your office online on Monday morning, traveling from bologna Italy on the 5th of January to Ghana and was returning on the 2nd February 2019, my bank sent me a confirmation message of the payment and the money was taken from my account, but I've not received any email. I contacted my bank and they said the transaction has been blocked due to some unanswered question.. so i should contact you to unblock it for me and they also gave me an obligation number to give you.. this the message (UniCredit: autorizzata op.Internet 597, 23 EUR carta *5060 c/o ETRAVEL SA ATHENS 227 26/11/18 06:34. Per info o blocco [protected] o +[protected].)This the message my bank sent to me. Thanks
