To whom This May Concern,

I am writing to allow you the chance to improve your service to other visitors who might stumble upon your poor website. However, I will certainly not be visiting or recommending your website again until I can see change.

I am a loyal Crowne Plaza fan. So I naturally booked Crowne Plaza on your website, address as follows:


I arrived in the hotel, to find that this is NOT the Crowne Plaza hotel, I could NOT use my Priority Rewards Card for my stay, and I could NOT switch hotels because I checked in past 6:00PM. Otherwise I would have lost my deposit.

My suggestion to your management is, learn to check your sources better and if you can't do it right, get out of the business!!!
