MyTicketTracker.com ticket sales

I purchased tickets to a concert through boxoffice-tickets.com. Boxoffice-tickets.com confirmed my ticket order through e-mail and informed me that mytickettracker.com was apparently my primary "ticket seller" through which I would access and print the tickets I had purchased.

Everything initially seemed to be in order, and I was able to successfully access and print my tickets. However, when I arrived at the venue for the event and gave the venue my ticket to be scanned, I was told that my ticket had already been used by another concertgoer to enter the venue. Apparently, my ticket had also been sold to at least one other person.

Horrible place! They ripped me off for $450. Never got the tickets. I called and called and emailed to no avail. Scammers and they should be in jail

MyTicketTracker.com No flag goes up, no directions.

I purchased two tickets from MyTicketTracker.com and followed the instructions that included a passcode enter for downloading. This reroutes you back to the previous image. I tried it on another computer and the same thing happened. No flag goes up, no directions.

I just bought a ticket for a New York Ballet em NYC for feb 14. The purchase was completed because my bank sent me a message confirming it. The problem is I have no received the email with the ticket. How can I do?
