Refund of my cancelled flight ticket
I bought a flight ticket from UAE to India in March 2021. However due to Wuhan virus (Covid-19), my flight got cancelled. When contacted, the airline said they have no contact details of mine in the ticket purchase details and that all what they have is of Mytickets.ae. I was told that the airline has already made the refund to the agent. I have contacted the agent but they said it will take long time to process my request whereas they have already received the money. Now its been a month, I have been writing emails after emails, but they dont bother to refund. I dont know what to do, I lost my hard earned money.

Purchased a ticket via this company, the invoice was charged entirely different than what was shown. Earlier.
Earlier on the website the displayed price was 2571.79 and I was charged 2726.10
155 more then what was shown earlier.
I reached out to customer care and they said the amount charged to me was totally correct. As they offer discount only on Maestro card.
They actually hide this fact from the client deliberately and only display the price with discount on Maestro card. The moment you select different card you price changes radically and you would not notice. Not only me but there are many other people got cheated by them. I end up paying way more than
I would NOT suggest anyone to deal with this company.
