I went to MyTechHelp.com to help resolve a probelm on my Mac laptop in Nov.. They charged me $79.99 to resolve my probelm BY WHICH THEY DID NOT and on Feb. 13 They CHARGED ME AGAIN Claiming that I sign up for some kind of Quarterly tech support thing, when in fact I did not and paid only for one service in which THEY DID NOT FIX MY PROBELM. I eventually got an hold of their supervisor and told him of the probelm not just with my computer but how they accidently or Intently sign me up on this tech support thing and charged me again for the same service in WHICH THEY DID NOT FULLFILL, He denied these facts and REFUSED ME A REFUND and instead offer me more of their service. I turn them down and filed a *grevience against them and decided to do a complaint on a complaint board. thought this would proably be first or maybe second and third complait about this company, but how I was wrong; their were infact NEARLY 200 COMPLAINTS on just this one complait board website, about *simular probelms. I here by on this website being my second complaint, spread the word that MYTECHHELP.COM Is a SCAM and BEWARE OF IT, and know Im not the first to be a VICTIM and it could happen to YOU.
