MySurvey / not able to login to redeem my points

All of a sudden after so many years doing surveys through au, I am unable to log in as the message I am receiving is "your session has expired, please log in". I have tries so many attempts to contact Lightspeed Panel by phone, however only receive a recording to leave a message which I have and no one has contacted me back. I have tried a number of times to email them to ask why I am unable to log in to redeem my points and and have not yet received any response back. I have alot of points that I want to redeem and at this point in time unable too which I am very unhappy about and frustrated. Can someone please help as I just want to redeem my points.
