This company was giving me the following address when I wanted to return my shoes:

Address: Feng huang shan You Dian Ju putian city Fu jian province 351100 China
    Tel: 0086-13959522449

I have to say, as a native Chinese speaker, this is NOT an address. The first three words "Feng huang shan" is a park in that area, "You Dian Ju" means post office. The phone number has extra digits that you can never reach them. Their US phone number on their website if also fake. I called and the person told me they don't belong to They belong to another sneaker company.

Better contact your credit card company immediately and tell them this is fraudulent.

As we "speak" I am sending a copy or the reciept to AMEX. Through their buyer protection, I am able to send the boots directly to AMEX and in turn, they will credit my account. Paypal also offers buyer protection... It was nice of them to use PP. GOOD LUCK

Yes, I had the same problem. I was going to try and send back but from what you all are saying I won't be able to. I would keep the product, but it really smells and they don't fit. I have contacted AMEX too and I am filing a complaint. I should have known, if it seems too good to be true, then it and learn...

I thought I was buying two pairs of UGG boots
Even before I received them I began the dispute process with PayPal. I just got back from mailing the boots back to the same address as above. It cost me $45.00 to mail them back. I received the address and phone number from

Another Onebootstop customer which was taken by this company. I thought the company was out of Canada because the web site was located there. Has anyone returned any items to this company with an address that works. My Visa account said they won't refund me the money without the product being returned.
