I have paid a subscription for a website I have spent hours making the site and then last week they banned me from logging into my account to check emails, update site etc. After 5 emails of complaint I got a standard response that my credit card was showing up as a fraud even though I had paid for the website over 3 months ago and the money has come out of my account (I have a statement to prove this). After making a half hour phone call from Dubai to the United States, they eventually admitted their mistake and put the site back up. This morning the same thing has happened, I cannot even log into my account. I am fed up with automated response and cannot afford to keep calling them half way round the planet. Is there a governing body for the internet to make complaints about web server companies, they are technically stealing from me, I have paid for a product they are not provided.
