MyShopping.pk Laptop battery

assalam o alaikum i want to compplain about the product that i recieved from a TCS courier which was from my shopping.pk and it was a battery that i had ordered when i recieved it i eleminate the old battery and fix the new battery but when i press the power button the laptop does not respond
this is the client number [protected]
and i have complained to the client but he asked to my that i have to submmit my complain to your website
the client had asked me to charge the battery 2 to 2.30 hours i have charged it but it is still not resonding
i hope you will solve my problem soon lease help me

MyShopping.pk Order delivered with wrong product

Having visited myshopping.pk website I ordered a BVLGARI men's pour homme perfume on 09th June 15, They sent me a link to pay through my credit card and following the payment I got the dispatch confirmation June 10th. I got the product on 11th June with the wrong product BVLGARI AQUA men's pour homme. I immediately called them and sent an email to [protected]@gmail.com. after several calls regarding followup the staff in one point told me to send an email to [protected]@gmail.com. So I followed accordingly by forwarding the same complaint to this email on 15th June for which I got a reply on 16th saying "Sorry for inconvenience, we are really very sorry for this kind of act, but as you know its not intentionally we will check it from our dispatched department and contact you as soon as possible." After that I made more than 90 calls every day several times for which so many staff namely Mr.Shariq, Mr.Aafaq, Mr.Saifullah and Mr.Kashif. While each of the staff I mentioned before plus few more whose names I forgot answered and handled me - they were very careful not to inform me their address nor the details of the manager. And from July 08th onwards they stopped answering me. When they didn't pick up my mobile number I called them from new numbers which they answered and when I said my name they immediately hung over the phone. I saw this company who delivers the product on time and if you get a wrong product just forget about the refund or getting the correct product again. You don't know where they're based in and who is the manager just the ground staff are involved and who can elope simply from your call if they wish.

MyShopping.pk Not addressing my complain regarding product delivery

I purchased BVGARI pour homme on this site through online payment on 9th June 2015 and got delivered a wrong product on 11th June. Following this I called their hotline [protected] and as per the customer asst's direction sent a mail complaining the issue to [protected]@gmail.com. After several emails and calls I received a reply on 16th apologising for the mistake and assuring to investigate the matter further and get back to me. But following a week, I've informed again whereas until now 6 customer care assistants have taken my complain over the phone with the same apologising accent, assurance to resolve it, etc. but to no avail. (I remember few names such as Kashif, Shariq, Saifullah, Aafaq) Now they're not answering me when I call from my mobile. When I call them from land line they answer and when I ask any of the aforementioned names they cut. I doubt this is an original company provided their massive online storage in the net. It been a month now and they are not in any terms of addressing my issue, connecting me to a manager nor be genuine. As a foreigner residing and working in Islamabad, I need this issue to be resolved immediately and get other innocent consumers also protected from such online business marauders.
