myshopping.pk / Not addressing my complain regarding product delivery
I purchased BVGARI pour homme on this site through online payment on 9th June 2015 and got delivered a wrong product on 11th June. Following this I called their hotline [protected] and as per the customer asst's direction sent a mail complaining the issue to [protected]@gmail.com. After several emails and calls I received a reply on 16th apologising for the mistake and assuring to investigate the matter further and get back to me. But following a week, I've informed again whereas until now 6 customer care assistants have taken my complain over the phone with the same apologising accent, assurance to resolve it, etc. but to no avail. (I remember few names such as Kashif, Shariq, Saifullah, Aafaq) Now they're not answering me when I call from my mobile. When I call them from land line they answer and when I ask any of the aforementioned names they cut. I doubt this is an original company provided their massive online storage in the net. It been a month now and they are not in any terms of addressing my issue, connecting me to a manager nor be genuine. As a foreigner residing and working in Islamabad, I need this issue to be resolved immediately and get other innocent consumers also protected from such online business marauders.
