MyScanTool / Customer Service
I have the scanner, it doqnloaded properly and registered... but the software will not recognize the usb device. I have tried EVERY possible way to reach them, I need like 5 minutes of customer service, THATS IT!! And they have no phone number, They dont answer the trouble tickets or emails. I literally need like 5-10 minutes if help. THats all. PLEASE HELP!!
