I went to use my rebate card (that had been misplaced) only to find out it had expired, the card's #[protected] Visa Debit Card in the name of Cheryl DeLong. Could you please reissue it? It has over not been used yet and should have $200.00 left on the card and I sure could use that money now. I did check with ATT and was told the expiration date did not apply.

I have $120 from "Discount Tire" that expired 6/18. The website says the funds remain even if the card is expired. Well- I can't access anything on-line or by phone because both places say the card # is invalid. Very frustrating. I would love to know how to access my available funds with an expired card but you can't find the information anywhere. It seems like a total scam to hand out rebate cards that EXPIRE. It was less than a year even. I will never buy from Discount Tire if they are ok doing business this way.

I received a My PrepaidCenter.com Visa Debit Card two weeks ago after purchasing four new tires at Autohas BMW in St. Louis, MO. I have attempted to activate the card more that a dozen times unsuccessfully. There is no way to resolve this matter other than by phone or on-line. This is starting to feel like a scam (i.e., collecting personal information from unsuspecting consumer for illegal purposes, etc.). Based on my experience with this company, I will not make any future purchases based on a promised credit/debit card rewards program. This entire process has been time consuming and a total waste of time.

I was given a gift card with a $70 balance & to my surprise, the damn card has an "expiration date" which it should not have by law! I went to pay for my gas & was told that by the cashier. I couldn't pay for my gas due to this unknown date, therefore i'd really appreciate it if you'd send me another card or reinstate this card on the grounds that this money belongs to me! On 23 June 2018 I called MyPrepaidCenter.com to request a new prepaid card as my current one had expired. I was charged $15 for the replacement card which seemed an acceptable charge, however this took nearly 25 minutes to arrange over the phone.
I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes, and then the person I spoke to over the phone seemed apathetic and was incredibly slow, asking me to repeat things over and over again - even simple things such as the spelling of words. There were large pauses in between me providing her my details and she did not seem to be focused on my call at all. Because I was calling internationally this call cost me over £30, which I am not happy about. This should have been a simple call but I have been charged a large amount because of poor customer service.

I received a $100 credit card as a promotion for buying a Walther Arms pistol and the card was expired. No way to reach the company to get another card. The card was issued by MyPrePaid center. There is no way to contact them either.

We were given a rebate form by Big O Tires in Issaquah for purchasing KYB World Class Shocks & Struts. The rebate form was for $100. We received a $40 card. We did not know that it was only $40 because the dollar amount was covered by the activation sticker. When we activated the card it showed that only $40 was loaded on April 23. We no longer have our copy of the rebate form as we didn't think we needed it anymore. The activation sticker did a great job of hiding the real value of the reward card. We are disappointed that the reward card was $60 less than it was supposed to be. Ripoff.

I purchased four new tires and received two reward Visa Debit Cards. One I used the other I was waiting to use. Tried to use it last night, May 5, 2018, to find out it had expired. Very disappointed that there was a time frame in which I needed to use it and extremely frustrated that I was unable to speak to a person.
The tires were not inexpensive and the rebate was the incentive to purchase. I would appreciate it if a new card could be issued.

I am very frustrated that there is no way to contact a live person at MyPrepaidCenter.com. Everything is automated.
I received 2 visa debit cards for a rebate and misplaced them before activation. After I found them they had already expired. I had only had them 6 months. I would gladly pay a fee to have them replaced but since they have expired and were not activated there is no way to get to speak with anyone. It feels like a scam to have such a short life on the card.

I have two visa cards, both got buried in my wallet and now have expired and wont let me activate even though clearly printed on the card is a notation that Funds Do Not Expire! so how in the world does this sound right. no way to access funds, sounds like funds do expire with the card and the company keeps your money

This is scamming at its finest. Use your rewards card or lose it... literally. After your card expires, you're charged a "maintenance fee" of $3.95/month. What's a better business model than selling rewards cards and then stealing that money back by charging a completely ridiculous, arbitrary monthly fee that deducts from your card balance? I'm sure there's a lot of effort this joke of a company makes in maintaining that plastic card collecting dust in your wallet. Oh, and good luck reaching customer service. If you're ever able to get through, make sure you have an Indian interpreter handy.

Absolutely Ridiculous! The website won't even allow me to activate the prepaid visa card even though all information entered is correct. If it cannot be done easily within 30 seconds to a minute then its not worth activating at all especially since rip off company Thred Up who sent me the card only loaded $1.80 on it. What a joke! All the stipulations that come along with using the card make it that much worse! 1 star!

I just pulled my workstride reward card out that I received for my 25 years of service and realized it had expired. I was looking for something special to use it on and finally found that purchase. Is there a way to reactivate this card or do I need to contact the company I retired from to do that? I've only had the car a year, typically gift cards have a longer expiration time frame, this is disappointing to say the least.

I am so annoyed by this company. I thought they would need to adhere to the minimum 5 year expiration requirement but they don't! Instead there is barely enough time to use it and there are no exceptions (I lost the card and thankfully found it, but a month and a half after the expiration). The kicker is, I had a merchant refund money to that card months ago and now I have no way to access it because it costs more to get a replacement card than the balance on my original card. I advise anyone looking to gift a universal gift card to go elsewhere!

I received a LG Debit Visa Award card in the amount of $200 only to find out today that the expiration date was 02/18 when I went to make a purchase. I have never had a card expire that fast. Unfortunately, I have been out of town due to two deaths in my family and have been unable to use the card the past 10 months. I am an owner of our business & we receive prepaid visa cards from ASCO when we purchase parts from them. I have at least 4 that I called about to check the balance & they all say account has been suspended so I stayed on the line to talk to someone who could barely speak English & was told that all the cards were suspended & he said he could not share anymore info with me unless I could tell him the last purchase made on the cards. I explained that I could not remember the last purchase on any of them because it was 2016 when I thought I last used them. I explained that he should verify my identity by either Name of business, SS#, phone #, Fed Id #. Something besides the last purchase. He refused to tell me the balance on any of the cards that I was actually holding in my hand. I told him that I was going to contact the Attorney General because that sounds like a scam to keep people's money. I had to spend money to receive those cards. I would appreciate your help with this matter or I will seek help from our Att. General.

1. Nov 18th I make a purchase on Costco.com using my gift card. But I decide to cancel it the same day.
2. Funds have already been taken out of my gift card.
3. I call a week later to check why the funds haven't been returned. Customer service it takes 8 days and the transaction was shown as pending.
4. I call on the Dec 5th with both Costco and Prepaid Center on the call. Costco confirmed that it made the reversal and Prepaid Center acknowledged the reversal and said the funds will be back on the 8th.
5. I call again on the Dec 11th since the funds aren't back yet in my account. I am told by the supervisor Rafael that the amount will be back on the Dec 13th since it takes 8 days to get the money back.
6. I call once more on the Dec 15th since the funds aren't back yet. I am told by another supervisor that all the information given earlier were incorrect and the funds would be back on the 5th of January.
An item that I did not even receive has funds taken out for a month. And the customer service keep on lying about when the funds will be back blaming it on the merchant.
