None of my order placed December 18, 2019 has been sent. I have tried calling and emailing and although they say they will be in touch no one has called it's been more than a week since I sent emails and tweets and I have received no response. The phone numbers listed for the company have been disconnected. I also saw online numerous complaints that this is a scam/fraudulent company and that they take money and don't send product. I want to be reimbursed for my order [protected] I was charged $66.17. This is very disappointing.

These items total 25.85 and I want to be reimbursed for the items that weren't received
customer service and lack thereof
I placed an order with MyPerfumeSamples.com over six weeks ago. Even though website indicated order completed, come to find out two weeks later it hadn't even been shipped! After numerous communications and 3+ weeks later, I finally got 4 of the 5 samples I ordered and paid for. I immediately contacted via ticket and separate email to let them know an item was missing from my shipment and asked them to send it to me immediately. (It was a $4.95 sample.) I sent several followup tickets and emails but still no response and no product! Customer Service is nil with this company! I only wish i had read the reviews and complaints before placing an order with them. Many reviews warn that this company is a scam and they lost money trying to do business with them. Please consider this another warning about their lack of customer service and business practices.

I placed an order on myperfumesamples.com on January 22, 2019. On February 7, 2019 I received an email stating that part of my order would be delayed but that I could expect it to be shipped out by February 15th. The item still has not shipped out. I have submitted multiple tickets on the myperfumesamples website. I have also tweeted the company on twitter multiple times since that is listed as a way to get a faster response. I have recieved NO response via the website, email or twitter. I have asked to either recieve the missing item or to get a full refund, neither of which has happened. I have tried calling numerous numbers that are listed on both the myperfumesamples website as well as the blueberry Corporation website. THey either are not in service, the mailbox is full or the call is ended shortly after it starts ringing. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau and am in the process of filing a complaint. I will continue to take further action if I do not get a response in the next few days. This is completely unacceptable business practice.

no communication and label printed and never received by usps
I have tried emailing over and over again inquiring about when they're going to send my perfume order. They Never respond and it keeps showing under the USPS label number given that the label was printed but never received at the post office so that it could be sent to me so that tells me that they are not going to send it to me so I am trying to get a refund for $64.50 that they charged me for an order that they're not ever going to send me I've already placed a complaint with the BBB and also PayPal

I ordered from the site, they took the payment and shipped it, the package never came and after being stuck sitting around waiting for them to file a lost package claim they apparently never did becuase it says the package is in Mexico when I'm australia.
Just continually told me to wait and now they have ignored my last 4 emails asking for details or a refund.
poor quality vial samples
I ordered and paid for 7 vial samples of perfumes so that I could decide which were best for me and then I was going to buy bottles of the same perfumes. With each sample you could BARELY smell anything in the vial. When I applied the samples to 4 or 5 areas of my skin I could absolutely smell nothing at all. Even when I applied more or applied more at 15 minute intervals. NOTHING. With tax and shipping I wasted 35.00. I have been using perfumes for 50 years. All samples in stores work for me and all perfumes work for me. I ordered these because I had HEARD they were good, but I had no idea which stores carried these perfumes. Rather than finding stores or driving around and wasting time, I ordered these samples from this company.
I then send an email explaining the problem to them. The wrote back to me each time I sent an email with ridiculous remarks like "perhaps I didn't know how to dab the sample on" and each time they insisted all vials were filled directly from perfume bottles. They said I could not receive a refund since I waited longer than 48 hours. I can't try 7 vials in 48 hours. It took two days to try EACH sample and NONE of them worked. I hoped that after half a day and dabbing more on, they would work. They did not. I feel like this company ripped me off and were uncaring about the issue.

I ordered 2 weeks ago for the very first time and the order arrived today. The vials are filled with alcohol only! I chose fragrances I am familiar with so I know what they are supposed to smell like - no one would be fooled by it - and they really must not care what so ever so why should I care - I will review them as poorly as they treat their customers. 0 Stars - Worst Ever - NOT EVEN PERFUME AT ALL! The package my order arrived in says their name is Blueberry Corporation.
Broken samples
I have ordered a gift set for my wife from MyPerfumeSamples and when I received the box I decided to open it because it had a really nasty smell. When I opened the box I saw that three samples were broken and everything inside was sticky and wet!
I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a refund but they said that they cannot give me a refund and did not even explain why. That was the only thing they said to me.
I never told my wife about this.
They haven't provided the order at all
I ordered 5 samples from the website www.myperfumesamples.com. The website is real rip off, ‘coz they charged me within couple of minutes, but after that I heard completely nothing from them. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

They charged me for the perfume, but I haven't ordered it
I ordered samples of perfume from the company www.myperfumesamples.com. But these jerks charged me for samples and after an hour they took money for the largest bottle of this perfume. I haven’t ordered it. I was so shocked and tried to get this sum back, but the rep avoided me. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I ordered the $5.99 perfume sample from myperfumesamples.com. No small print about added charges. A few weeks later I noticed a $95 added to my credit card. I contacted the company to complain and notified my credit card company.

I ordered 2 samples. They sent me 1. It was not the perfume it was labeled to be. They never sent the 2nd one. I have repeatedly emailed but they have never responded. I tried calling their customer service number. The recording asks you to leave your name and number but does actually allow you to. This isn't poor customer service; this is fraud.
