I am an English woman living in Mumbai, so I decided to buy something from Indian websites not to pay extra for delivery (because most of Uk websites charge a lot of money).
I purchased a Caprese Coral Pink Solid Shoulder Bag with Tassel and it arrived damaged. I called their customer care and barely understood what they wanted to tell me. Their English was really bad.
I would understand it if they didn't claim their representatives speak English well. Even their website is in English, so it means something.
However, we didn't understand each other тв now I'm looking for a different way of contacting them. Maybe they will see this complaint and call me.
