I ordered the dash cameras a month ago. Once my money was taken out of my account, I received a message saying that my orders was received and was being prepared for shipping. A week later I was unable to track my package. I contacted the company by way of email since there is no telephone number available to inquire as to how I could track my cameras. As of today I still have not received any info on how to track my cameras. I have contacted the company several more times to inquire the location of my cameras. No merchandise as of yet.
I would like a refund of my money. I am frustrated and aggrivated. Unable to contact anyone e at this bogus company. I realize that the camera thing was nothing but a scam.
I just want my money back.

I ordered and received the cameras but no operating instructions and the link for the manual isn't valid so now I cant even figure out how to use it. Also, it came with no sd cards so I couldn't record footage if I figured it out. THEY ARE A CHEAP KNOCKOFF OF ADVERTIZED UNITS.
THESE PEOPLE SUCK!

I went through all the above, including the e-mails about pay pal holding the money. In short, I was screwed by another scammer! People wonder why I have no faith in anyone anymore! Now I have received one for Christmas, and there are no instructions how to use it, just a web address that will not come up!

I also ordered the 2 dash cameras on September 20, 2016. I received an e-mail saying that my order was being processed and would be shipped in a few days. On October 7, 2016, I sent an e-mail to the company saying that my order had not been delivered. I received the following e-mail: Thank you for contacting us regarding your refund.

As was stated in a previous email, the money you paid for your order is being sequestered by PayPal and as much as we would like to refund you directly, we cannot.

However, this does not mean that you cannot receive the FULL REFUND that you are owed. Follow the following instructions in order to get your money back ASAP.

1. If you paid for your order via PayPal, log into your PayPal account and effect a dispute on your payment to MyHandy360

2. If you paid for your order via Credit Card, please contact your bank or credit card issuer as soon as you are able.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused by PayPal.

On October 24, 2016, I sent the following e-mail, to which I have received no reply:

I have previously replied to your e-mail of October 20, 2016, but I feel that I must contact you again. I want to state clearly that I did not cancel my order or request a refund. In addition, I did not use PayPal for my payment. I also received an order confirmation from you on September 20, 2016, stating that my order had been accepted and that it was being made ready to ship. Attempts to return to the order page for tracking purposes have failed as the website for MyHandy360 is not in operation, which seems suspicious to this writer. The order has been charged, including shipping charges and relevant taxes, to my credit card account. Please try to work this out positively.

Contact your bank and they will try to fix the problem for you., we are in the process of our bank doing this.

I just received 2 e-mails from them. They say Pay-Pal is withholding their money and they will not ship anything to anybody so one must file a complaint with Pay- Pal or the bank and demand a refund.

I also ordered via seeing this ad on facebook. After not receiving my products I emailed them and I got a respose. They gave me an excuse and so I asked for a refund. I got another response/runaround. I again asked for a refund. I got another response. Once again it was more runaround. I asked a third time for a refund. This is their last response below. I called my bank and I got my money back. If someone lives in CA near the address of this place, go blow it up!

I ordered the "deal" of two dash camera's for the price of one from MyHandy360. Approximately one month later and no delivery-- I contacted the company and got the following email---------------paypal has shut them down ! I will have to wait to see if Paypal comes through with their buyer protection policy !

I never expected this to be a scam, and placed my order on September 6th money came off credit card on September 8th. Still no sign of Webcams. Will be adv ising everyone I know not to touch these clowns.

I am so angry with this company - who ever they are! I order the Handy Cameras 2 for 1 price and i was charged DOUBLE ON MY ACCOUNT! I want my money refunded immediately! I ordered this on 8/31/16, over $69.00 was deducted from my account and I have not received the cameras! I will be registering my complaint with BBB and with the company...

I ordered the 2 for 1 dashcams, luckily paid with PayPal. It's been almost 3 months and I'm in Australia. They have been replying to my emails but will not commit to a time frame. If anyone else is here from Australia reply to this and we can start a group complaint with the ACCC. Needs to be 10 of us. I gave them 7 days before I report them.

I also ordered the dash cams back on the first of august they charged the credit card on august 16 still no merchandise notified the credit card company who is going to dispute the charge also I am notifying the atty general consumer fraud division state of Florida I got a phone number that they gave the credit card company but it is located in Canada and is [protected] which is a international call. the best thing to do is contact your credit card company and the fraud division in the state you live in and maybe they can shut these crooks down,

I also ordered a DashCam360 buy one get 1 free, money taken from my account on 26 July 2016 and still no goods received. I received two automated responses to my queries re: delivery but no response to my recent request. . I am in Oz and expected a small delay but looks like I have been scammed. Can they be reported to anyone or do we just wear the cost.

I ordered handydash buy one get one free for: 59.95 total of 69.95. My order was placed on july 28, 2016. With the information to allow 15 to 20 business days for delivery. As of today 9-6-2016 i have not received my merchandise. My order number is 126482 and on the 28, i also ordered 2 more, order number126967. And i have not received this order either. I am upset. Please advise.

I also ordered the dash cam, the 2 for 1 deal approximately 5 weeks ago. I emailed these people twice and got a response saying they have had so many orders for this item and we're sorry for the inconvenience and be patient.
I don't know if this is a scam or not but whether or not my order finally arrives I will never do business with this lot again.
I'm usually feely successful with ordering online but with this company I may have finally hit a dud.

I ordered the two dash cams on July 12th, my credit card was charged the next day and I have yet to see the cameras. They said 4 to 6 weeks for delivery and it is past that. No message or any other info has been provided. No telephone number provided. I guess I learned the lesson!

I ordered 2 camera over two months ago no camera no email, no money. Very frustrated with this whole deal.this place is obviously a scam and they still advertise on facebook. They need to be shut down. So iam complaining for all the good it'll do. MayBe someone will read this and think twice before ordering. IF It sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Please beware.
