MyFootbalCamp review: Fail to provide refund. Completely unethical behavior from md jiri cerny 8

MyFootballCamp (License # 201412385H) cancelled my 2 sons registration for one week camp in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which should have taken place from 24 July to 29 July. The MD Jiri Cerny informed us of the cancellation via writing and agreed to refund full amount (1, 800.00 USD, plus lost airline tickets 1, 023.92 RM). Original payment for camp fees made via PayPal as requested by Kickster)
It has been 4 months and numerous email and telephone promises to pay back and this individual continues to falsely promise to refund each time that I managed to reach him. Full records of the mails and telephone call are in my possession. Over 1 month ago, he used the excuse that they have 90 days to refund per the T&C's. All records show him constantly promising and for the past 3 weeks no answer to any phone calls to his mobile number and office number. I have now searched and found there are previous complaints against this individual and his company as he has defaulted in the past to pay his employees, and organizations cutting ties with his previous endeavors.
I am requesting action to get full refund for amount noted above.

Hello Jiri,

I am pleased to finally see a response from you. You must step in my shoes as a consumer and understand that if you are given numerous verbal and written commitments, yet those are not met, you grow concerned.

I am happy to settle this in normal way, provided you meet your commitment. Had you pointed out from the start that it may take 90 days, I would simply comply and diligently wait for the said period. As this was not the case and you promised me several times, of course I get upset. I am sure you agree with my position.

Handle the matter professionally and you will receive nothing less from me.

I was just informed about your missed call and another call, which you hang up once our secretary pick up the phone. In any case, I know about the situation and it is your right to make a report, but I believe that would be better to manage situation in normal way. I am not sure, if you read carefully Terms and Conditions (probably not), but we have the right to make full refund within 90 days in case that problem was caused by third party. Plus we gave you another options, how to solve the situation, which you declined. I tried to make all the process faster and even refund flight tickets (which is nothing what I have to do, but I can to do), but as I see, you have your own way. 

In any case, the refund will be done and you will be informed by formal letter, which will be send to address provided in registration form.

Dear Jiri,

Hope you have had a successful camp.  As discussed, we have tried to get a refund on the flight tickets and the response from AirAsia is negative.  They will not refund any of the amount paid for the flights.  Please see the enclosed screen shots for the amount paid.  The total amounts to RM 1, 023.92

The flights were for return ticket for myself, and one-way tickets for the boys.

Please advise and also note that have not yet received the refund for the residential camp funds.

thank you for your e-mail and all information provided. Yes, we are very disappointed with situation regarding accommodation and last minute cancelation from provider's side. We continue in Day Camp and there is all good, camp is full.

Please, update me about your flight issues and meantime we will refund your Residential Camp funds to account number provided.

Dear parent,

unfortunately have to inform you, that due technical difficulties on side of our facility/accommodation  provider in Kuala Lumpur, we are forced cancel Residential MyFootballCamp in Kuala Lumpur and continue only on Day Camp basis with training program from Monday until Friday. 

My big apologies, that this information is coming last minute, but we have received the same bad message only last night. 

We are trying to solve this situation in the best way for all and now, we can offer 3 possibilities :

1/ continue in our program with Day Camp program from Monday till Friday
(but because your are not based in Kuala Lumpur, I am not sure if this is technically available to you) and make refund of camp fees

2/ refund of full camp fees

3/ bring your boys for MyFootballCamp at Phuket one week later, including flights and airport transfer covered by our company.

I'm really sorry, that have to inform you about this situation, which complicated program to all of us.
