My Fancy Princess Impossible to get Refund through Customer Service

I order two princess dresses from My Fancy Princess back on Nov 11, 2015. One dress arrived, but the second one never did. I received no communcation from the company until I emailed them on Dec 23, 2015 to ask where the dress was. I was told that it was back ordered and would be available in Jan 2016. At the end of January, I sent a request asking that the order be cancelled and my money refunded. I tried again on March 2, 2016 (via facebook message) and was told that I needed to contact customer service via their website (even though their website said that the quickest was to contact them was facebook). In a second message that they would go ahead and refund my money. Today (April 12, 21016) I have once again requested that they honor their policy and their promise and send me a refund for the dress that I never received. It is still offered on their website. This is not the first problem I have had with this company, but it will be the last. Terrible customer service!

My Fancy Princess Still waiting for my items

Ordered two dresses from this website and after I paid I received a confirmation email. About a week later I decided to contact My Fancy Princess regarding the status of my order. They said that my order was shipped and was on its way. I believed them and waited a bit more. Then two weeks later I called again and they said the same thing. I asked how long will it take and all they told was "be patient". Here we are, it is now April and still nothing. Two months already passed since my order was made and all I get from them is an apology after apology.

My Fancy Princess Customized Tumbler

Ordered 5 customized tumblers on 11/4...she invoiced me on 11/6 and I paid right away...2 weeks later I asked her how long the shipping would take...she said 2-3 weeks...then 2 weeks into December I emailed her again on her facebook page asking for a shipping update...I basically had to ask her over and over when I would get my cups...she told me on two occasions to ensure getting them for my childrens teachers xmas gifts id have to pay extra...to get 2 day priority shipping. Which I paid $16.95 the day I paid my invoice. I told her I would not be paying anything extra for something I ordered 11/4. I had to hassle her to ship it out...she finally shipped it out on 12/19 when she promised me I would get my product on 12/21...here it is 12/22..my kids last day of school has came and went and I have no cups still bc she refused to ship the cups in a timely manner. I wish I would have googled this business name before giving her my business. I have told everyone I know to not give her business... Good luck running your company!

My Fancy Princess Non Delivery

This company needs to spend less time defending its horrible customer service online and more time responding to its answering service. I have sent 6 emails merely requesting an update on my now 2 month undelivered order with no response. I have also called 3 times with no response. As relayed by many, many others on this site this Company has no respect for its customers or for itself. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

My Fancy Princess customer service stinks

I never take the time out of my life to complain about a company, but this place really ticked me off! I ordered from them 2 years ago and had no problem. I recommended them to people all the time. My mother ordered a dress for my niece on 11/11/14 and never heard a word from them except for confirmation of order. She called numerous times, no response. She emailed numerous times, no response. Finally, around 12/10 she got a response through facebook. She was kind enough to correspond through private message. She ended up cancelling her order. I was surprised at her experience, so thinking it may have been a fluke, I placed an order for her and added my own order as well. I got my confirmation of order and heard nothing else. After not seeing any status information on my order on their web site I tried to contact them to see what was happening. No response on the phone. No response on email. Finally I messaged their Facebook, as my mother had and instantly got a response. Here is the entire conversation if anyone is interested. Needless to say, I will not spend my money at myfancyprincess.com ever again.

Bonnie- we see no need for you to publicly ask why you did not receive a shipping confirmation. Also we are on the west coast so perhaps your question may have been asked earlier but we were not open to answer it. Maybe consider that as a factor in not responding and not that we are intentionally ignoring you. We a very small business and are working double time to ship orders, especially since the supplier only just shipped us a huge pre-order shipment that was due to us December 1, just a few days ago. Waiting for a response from us privately was enough to receive a response and we have responded to you yesterday so why feel the need to do that?

In any case your order did in fact prepare for shipment and you should see a scan today. Sometimes we when it is really busy we do not have the time to update the order right then and there.

I had a terrible experience with their customer service. They do not return phone calls and make returns and exchanges impossible. They were rude. It took 10 days from my first contact to even get a response and then they wouldn't take my return because it had been longer than 30 days from first purchase.

My Fancy Princess Impossible to get refund or return order

I ordered princess costume from the website www.myfancyprincess.com. I got total rubbish from them and I decided to return it back. The seller promised money back guarantee within 30 days, but it was also lie. They simply ignored me within these days and after they informed me that it was too late to return money. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

My Fancy Princess Missing item and bad customer service

I pre-ordered an Elsa dress from My Fancy Princess in August. They said they dresses would arrive in September. They charged me and never sent my order. I tried multiple times to get a hold of them, but because I work I could never call because their calling hours are bad and end at 3pm. I emailed them and never got a response until finally (October 18th) at 2am I get an email. All they said is "it's not our fault!" and the vendor didn't send their items in time. I had asked to cancel my order as well and they said nothing about that. Only that they are disappointed as well. They took no responsibility for being late on their orders, and blamed others and didn't apologize. That's not how a good business is run. Reading other reviews, some even from 3 years ago, I see they have the same problem. Obviously if their vendor hadn't come through on their deliveries before, a good business would find another vendor if they want to still have customers. I had recommended this business to several friends, and have already told all of them now to never order from them because they aren't reliable. I will also be warning others to not order and writing reviews where I can. I hope no one else gets sucked in to buy from them, because they aren't reliable and are bad at customer service. I believe they should give some kind of free item or pay for shipping or at least take some responsibility for their dresses being extremely late to buyers AND for the fact that they did not inform anyone of this! A simple email to buyers, or post on their Facebook or even their website would have been nice! But we all heard nothing and got less than satisfying and slightly rude emails back after trying and trying to contact them. Over all, bad business, bad customer service! If you're thinking of buying from them, don't waste your time and money! Find another more professional business to buy from!

My Fancy Princess Items never received

I ordered an item on 7/25/2014 that was listed as shipping mid Aug. On 8/20/2014 I emailed and was told it was delayed and would arrive the third week in September. Emailed on 9/23/2014 asking for status no reply. On 10/12/2014 I emailed and was told they had no idea when the product would arrive and I could pay more to buy a similar product. I requested a refund and was denied. Conveniently they had strung me along past the 45 day PayPal complaint period. This is FRAUD. My daughter was crushed not to have her dresses for our Disney trip over Labor day or her Princess Birthday party on 10/11/2014. NEVER do business with this company!

Just dealt with this also! They also ignores my request to cancel my item and just told me it was basically a disappointment the items weren't in yet and that it was not their fault, but the vendors fault. They are unprofessional and scamming their customers! Buyers beware! DO NOT BUY FROM MY FANCY PRINCESS!

My Fancy Princess Horrible Service

This website is horrible. I ordered a dress set for my neice on December 5. The money was charged to my credit card the next day.. I expected to see some order status change or receive an update in about 5 days.. after a week passed I emailed their "customer service" (i have never gotten ANY service so I wouldn't call them that) I also called their phone number twice. Since these dresses were a Christmas Present and I had not received a response after 4 emails, I ordered the dresses from another site which shipped the dresses the next day! I emailed myfancyprincess.com AGAIN to let them know I wanted to cancel my order and if that was not possible to send me an "RMA #" so I could return my purchase. That was 2 weeks ago, all I have received is email notifications saying my order will ship in 4-7 days.. finally YESTERDAY (dec 21) I got the package from myfancyprincess.com. I Stil havent received my return # and I only have until January 5 to return the product. Honestly this website is garbage. Awful service.

My Fancy Princess customer service

I had a very bad experience with this company. Placed a large order (6 dress set) Our money was taken out 2 days later, and we didn't hear another thing for a month. We sent numerous e-mails, over 10, called so many times and left messages. I had to ask them on their Facebook page where my order was. They still had not received the products from their vendor. It sounds a little like they can't pay their vendor BILL. They have finally refunded my money, which was a pleasant surprise. I expected to never hear from them again. After a little research, I have found that many people have had the same experience.

I placed an order for 2 day shipping. My order didn't arrive. I sent an e-mail to the company but they have not responded. When I tried to call them, all their phone numbers are disconnected. The money came out of my account, so the merchandise was paid for. Has this company gone out of business and are scamming people out of their money still? Don't know where to get answers.

Have been having trouble with "company" since attempting to place an order for my great niece (tea party set) starting in May. My niece finally received her daughter's gift yesterday... in time for her birthday... only to discover one of the tea cups had a broken handle! This was my nightmare... contacted map... first by phone... then followed up with 2 emails one of which included a pic of the damage. To date, no reply! Should have been handled asap by their "customer service"!

Kerry East - our records show you already received your order. It is unfortunate we did have trouble receiving our pre-orders in the acceptable time frame, but that is a fact. Stating a fact is not blaming or playing a victim. We are deeply disappointed and unhappy with the situation as well. However this supplier has been a great supplier for the past 10 years and we have never encountered any problems with them prior with the exception of one or two snags. We do agree there is always room for improvement in customer service and we are listening. You are welcome to direct your complaints anywhere you wish, but the most productive thing would be to e-mail us directly with whatever concerns you have and they will be duly noted. Thank you.

Quindlen, they honestly are a very rude and difficult company who are not at all professional. A good business wouldn't play victim and would down up and take responsibility for their action. I believe they should have also given out a free item or something to everyone who waited for their Elsa dress. I'm glad I canceled my order tho and went with the Disney store for my Elsa dress for my 2 girls. Also, my husband stated he thinks the only positive review could be an owner of MFP trying to convince everyone to stay with them lol. Wouldn't be surprised. The timing was too weird to too similar to the email I received. What a terrible unprofessional business. Hope people take their business somewhere else from now on

Upsetmommyof3, I had the SAME issues with customer service. It was just awful and they def played the victim when they finally did reply to my emails, which was only after 3 emails, one month, and a Facebook post later and they were rude. I then emailed them twice more and had no response at all. When I told them I would just like a refund because I had no idea if the dresses would get here in time for Halloween and I needed to buy other costumes, I got no response. Then this morning, I get an email that "sorry, but they have been shipped", which is a lie. They are probably shipping tomorrow and they say 2-5 days for UPS, so who knows if they will get here in time for my daughters preschool Halloween parade on Thursday morning or my older daughters parade on Friday morning. I already bought new costumes yesterday because I can not rely on this company to do what they say and I do not like to wait til the last minute to buy Halloween costumes. THAT IS WHY I ORERED IN JULY. They said they shipped, but they gave me no tracking number. I am sorry, but I just can not believe anything they say. I would have dropped this if they had just refunded my money, but now I even more irritated because I had to spend more money on costumes and they are not giving me a refund. There are so many companies that sell this brand of dresses, so I recommend talking you business elsewhere.

SlysAngel: I understand the supplier was at fault, but. MFP has TERRIBLE customer service. Whenever I called I only voice mail, I had to send 3 emails before they would even reply and even after I asked an estimated date on when I could expect my Elsa dress they did not reply. Only until I threatened to cancel my order did they reply. I ended up going with a different company and canceling my order with Mfp (after requesting to cancel 3 times and getting no reply) and am 100000% happy with my decision. AND advice others to do so also. Not a reliable company and rude and bad customer service the least they could have done was sent out an email or left a memo on their Facebook or website stating the issue with the dress. But we heard nothing. And this seems to have been. AN issue THREE years ago as well! A GOOD company would have dropped that supplier and found a reliable one! MFP is poorly run and has bad customer service and will never get my, nor anyone I know, business again.

There are complaints from this company dating back way before my order in July about the issues over and over again, so you'll excuse me if I don't believe it is "not business fault". I should have checked reviews on th before I ordered, so that is my fault. Buyer beware.

I love this company! I've received many items from them! Everything is always so nice and very high quality. I too have been waiting on an ordee for a Elsa dress, but the supplier for them has dropped the ball! People need to understand that this is not this businesses fault. The supplier can't keep up the demand and cannot fulfill the orders! It's sad to see all these complaints on a wonderful company that I've worked with for many, many years for my grand daughters play clothes! They have ALWAYS been good to me as a customer, and I believe them when they say they have done their part and it is the supplier who let them down.

To clarify - yes the suppliers shipped our orders late. That is 100% true! Please do not make assumptions regarding cash flow as that is simply not true. All three of the complaints regarding pre-orders are from this shipment we just received. Unfortunately we have to deal with this problem as our own and will do our best to ship all orders out as quickly as possible that were part of the presale that teh complaints above are referring to! Any issues you are welcome to contact customer service to assist you!

All of the complaints above regarding pre-orders and what we stated was 100% true, the supplier was completely backed up and shipped our orders late. Why is that hard to believe? Our shipment has finally arrived and we will do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible! Thank you!

My Fancy Princess You can forget about getting someone on the phone to address your problems

This company is absolutely awful. They have a "return" policy which of course requires an RMA, but they won't give it to you, absent threats. Then they send your an email with the RMA, but add 100 other qualifications to your return (Ie, "we won't accept it if...") Lastly, after you return the merchandise they refuse to post your credit-- at ALL, not just within 30 days-- and refuse to respond to emails etc. You can forget about getting someone on the phone to address your problems. You go straight to voice mail.

Although this situation was resolved amicably the customer refused to update her complaint. As soon as we were made aware there was a communications issue we settled the matter promptly by her own admission. We are available to contact for any verification of this matter.
