I have had the exact same thing happen to me I am feeling very sick, most importantly because it's the Christmas season and I'm expecting to use that money for presents. I would appreciate advice on how to resolve the problem.

The terms this company has you agree to are tricky and deceitful. I just got off the phone with a man from the company and told him that I sound young because I am, I'm a college student, but both of my parents are successful and popular lawyers and I assured him that I am well versed in fraud and scams, and that I read every word of the contract, which I did. I told him that I realized that it's not his fault and he just works for the company but that myself and many others feel completely cheated and I do believe after rereading the contract that it is a blatant and purposeful way of cheating the customers. I told him that they are not clear, and that I am more than frustrated and that if he could not take care of me I would like to speak to someone who can and I will wait as long as I have to. He cancelled my account like I told him to, and gave me a conformation number, not sure if thats proof enough, but he told me he could not send me a conformation e-mail. I also told him that I know the 89 dollar shipment has not been shipped yet because my sample took more than a month to arrive so I would like that cancelled and the money returned to me. I told him that if he says it has been shipped I expect it to be here in no less than 5 days, being as it was charged 3 days ago. He told me it was not shipped and that he would cancel the order and I could get a return on the money...we'll see if he's telling the truth. As you can see i'm not the type of person who is going to be scammed, you don't have to be either! Don't buy this product if you haven't already! And do not let them tell you they have shipped it, chances are they haven't! This is a scam and they know it, so push hard and they have to break.

This has just happened to me today. I live in the UK, and a mysterious payment named '14slimpill' for £60.01 or $89.91. I'm on the phone to the bank now but there seems to be no way of cancelling this payment, or contacting America. I feel impotent, as there seems to be nothing I can do. My bank are not being very helpful. Maybe I'll be paying a mysterious £60.01 a month for the rest of my life. I have not received any product either. Did anyone else?

God I am so mad.

I have been charged just the 3.95 but I have still not received my product. I had also read that if you use this plus a product called Colotox you would have better results. Well, I have not received either product and I was charged 45.85 instead of 5.95 on the Colotox. So, watch out for this scam also.

Subject: refund... very upset customer... bad customer service

hello my name is Darcy XXXXXXX. XXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
I ordered your myeztrim product for a free trial for only shipping of $3 something. and had attempted 2 times to call your company when I was off of work or on a break. I waited 10 min and hung up the phone waiting for a customer service provider. today I have received your product and have trough it away because I did not want to use ur product and have decided I didn't want to risk putting this into my body. I have called customer service and have gotten employee
XXXXX XXXXXX
she told me that she could not help me because I have through away the product I was on the phone with this lady debating about how was it my responsibility when I have tried to contact the company before the product come to fix this problem. After a while I felt that she has gotten frustrated and I could tell through her voice. I do not appreciate being talked over but this employee and had told many times not to talk over me... I did keep my calm and did not curse at this lady and did not yell at this lady.
after you could tell that she was frustrated she proceeded to me to just LIE to the COMPANY in an e-mail and tell them that I had not received this product and that I would like my money back. then I was curious why she couldn't refund me at that point because no matter what way you looked at it there was going to be a lie. I do not feel that I should lie to any that is why I told the lady what had happened. Therefore all I am asking is that I need to receive my $89.31 back in my account. because I have 10 day to report to my company with this dispute or I can cancel this disputed with my credit card company with in these 10 days. I would like to know by phone at XXXXXXXXXXXX from 3:30pm to 5:00 between wed 11-26 to fri 11-28 because I have work off at these times. if u let me know I will then be able to make a decision if to follow through this dispute or to cancel this dispute.
thank you

Ms. XXXXXXX,

I have listened to the recording of your phone call and I find it not necessary to reprimand our customer service agent. The moment she referred you to email our corporate email address there was an immediate misunderstanding as she did incorrectly word what she was asking you to do. Unfortunately at that moment when she was also explaining the ACTUAL necessary steps to request a refund you spoke over her. You weren't lied to, from the very beginning there was a failure to understand on both ends.
Our representative handled your concerns appropriately and as trained to do as you agreed to the terms and conditions of your order. I pulled our records, our hold times have not exceeded 10 minutes and especially not the 20 that you claim. Our hours of operation are 6am to 9pm MST which is what we do to cover schedules across the nation.
You were not asked to lie to the company, that was the interpretation you insisted on hanging onto throughout the duration of the call. I do not appreciate how you insulted my agent by calling her a stupid person.

According to the call, you said the product sent to you is at the dump...

Nonetheless, your account has been refunded.

(and sent this in return)

Thank you for the return of the money. But overall I am not happy with the service I have received and I am not happy with you saying that I called Mary stupid. If you re-listen to the recording, I did not call Mary stupid I stated that she had inferred that I was stupid. I was not in anyway trying to harm this lady's career, but I did want it to be known that I felt as if I was told to lie to the company. I am sorry that you have not decided to listen to the concerns of your customers. Therefore I feel that this was not handled appropriately in any way at all. I am not happy with this company in any way shape or form. Furthermore if you would take the time to look online at other upset customers concerns that have been posted over the internet your company might find it fit to change how you treat individuals. in addition, this e-mail you have sent me would have been fine if you would have left out "I do not appreciate how you insulted my agent by calling her a stupid person." As i had stated i did not call her stupid. And if XXXX feels that i did call her stupid i will write an e-mail of apology to this lady.

Darcy XXXXXXX

You know the main reason that i am mad is the customer service... i feel that this company needs to get their customer service fixed. i do not think we need additude when we get our money taken from us. And i did send an e-mail to Oprah

I have been caught as well i did, nt realise just ordering a sample could cause such a headache.I am on the phone now to my credit card company to see what they can do. If it means cancelling my card that, s what iwill do. My card company has advised that i try and contact them but reading what other people have written i can not see me having any success. They have also advised me to send an email i hold my breath and hope i can get some sence from this company. ONE THING IS FOR SURE THIS WILL BE THE FIRST AND LAST SAMPLE I WILL EVER SEND FOR.

Hi yes I too was stupid. Luckily I got suspicious by the small peice of paper that I received with the trial and my Boyfriend googled the company and saw all the above posts. I then rang my Bank who said this was a big scamand immediately cancelled my Card. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN STOP IT. I realise some people above had had some success, but my Bank says it is the best way. They also are investigating the Company with the Fraud Department. Please please, make sure all your friends know about the scam. I considered myself intelligent. What a total fool I was. I am the lucky one, only lost the postage amount

Unbeleivable, I`ve been suckered as well. I`ve never purchased this so called product Myeztrim. I have a liver disease so I would not jeopardized my health to some so called ``magic pills``. After reviewing my statement I`ve been charged over 100.00 after converting 89.31 to canadian funds. How long will this go on until this nonsence is stopped. I tried to call the number on my statement and they say to call back later mountain standard time.

Same thing happen me. I found the charges on my credit card. I had a 29.95 charge from fit-fac. I did get ahold of this company and told them I have no idea who they are or how they got my card number. I told her I would be disputing this charge and then she said she would reimburse the charges on my card. I have tried to call the 800 # for the Acaiberry charge and I just get a voicemail telling me to call back between 6-9 pm because the phones are to busy. Gee- I wonder why everyone is calling- maybe because this is a FRAUD! I called my credit card company and cancelled the card. They are going to dispute the charges. THIS IS A 100% FRAUD AND SHOULD BE STOPPED!

Hey Folks,

This whole scam originated from one company, a few months ago i decided to try the FRS energy suppliments and it was a free trial, well when you read the fine print it is the same as the rest of the sites, if you dont cancel within a certain period of time they will charge you. But however what they fail to mention is that they sign you up for a website fit-fac.com, they charge you $29.95 and it seems they automatically sign you up for the Acai Berry supplement for $89 and change. I think we all should contact lawyers and sue there ###. This worst kind of utmost extortion. People we need to contact the media, get the police involved etc. Davie is just around the corner from me, a 25 min drive. Ive had it with this type oe ripoff...

I am yet another mug to have fallen for this scam, these cowboys have taken $89:31 out of my bank account.

I only received the berry tablets 2 days ago and they took the money out yesterday.

They did enclose a small slip of paper telling me that they would take this amount out of my bank 14 days after I placed the order.

As I live in the UK the order took longer to arrive. I had actually given up on recieving it.

I also tried the phone number, but couldnt get through.

I am going to phone my bank and cancel my card, I am fuming, this is a big big scam and shouldnt be allowed to continue. How many more of us are going to be hoodwinked by this corrupt 'company'.

I just got back from my Honeymoon yesterday and I just had a chance to check my Bank account and found two charges that I had no idea where they came from. I looked at the names and one is Fit Factory and its for $29.95 and the other is for Easy 30 day Thin and its for $89.31. I did the same thing everyone else did thought that I was getting a "Free" bottle of the weight loss pills and paid which I only got within the last 2 weeks that I was gone and was charged the $3.95 back on 10/23. I am very upset that they have pulled this scam on so many people. I am going to try and call one of the 3 numbers that I have on my bank statement and get all of my money back. I will also be filling a complaint with the BBB and hopefully get them into a lot of trouble.

That amount was also taken out of my checking account along with $29.95 from Fit-Fac.com. Do not order anything from a company called Extreme Acid Berry; it is a ripoff. They are automatically taking $89.31 out of peoples' accouts.

I thought I would try the free trial. I was charged 3.95 s&h on Nov3...no product yet...then I was charged 89.31 on Nov 19...still no product. I was able to get through to the "MYEZTRIM" people and let them know that I have been charged, but haven't seen a product yet. I cancelled the account, but I was told that the money is non-refundable. I understand that if I GOT product that would be one thing, but to be charged for something I never received! I am going to look into filing some sort of class action lawsuit about this. I can't believe Oprah and Rachel Ray would endorse a company like this!

I think I found my way out of the maddness... I too ordered the "free sample" of Acai Berry, paid $3.95 for shipping thinking that would be that... But little did I know, there were more charges to come...

The first two charges of $29.95 from www.fit-fac.com, appeared simultaneously on the card I had ordered the free sample of Acai Berry. This was easy enough to take care of - I called Fit-Fac.com at: [protected] and had them cancel my subscription (which I had unknowingly signed up for when I ordered the Acai Berry). They refunded the money only a few days later. Easy.

Then, long before I recieved my Acai Berry "free sample", I discovered a charge of $89.31 from Myeztrim on my card. They informed me that my sample had been shipped, unfortunately after the trial period had ended, and because I hadn't called and canceled, they charged me the membership fee. In order to get my $89.91 back, I had to wait until the product arrived (which luckily happened a few days later) and send it back, unopened and un-sampled, to them. (Mail to: Fulfillment Center 4650 sw 51st Suite 711 Davie, FL 33314).

They insist that you send it back via the US Postal Service, Delivery Confirmation (costs about $5.00). Once you have that confirmation number, call them (I had the best luck with: [protected]) and tell them you want your money back, their unopened product is on it's way back to them via US Post, and give them the tracking number. If you call them with the US Post tracking number, supposedly your "membership" or whatever is immediately canceled, and they will never charge you again. They assured me that I will receive my $89.91 back in 5 to 10 business days and they will never again charge me for anything. Of course, I won't be taking their word for it... I'll be watching my statement as closely as ever to catch if these idiots try to pull anything again.

By the way... I would not send the product back to them any other way than via US Post. At first, I was going to send it back Fed Ex and called them to confirm the address - and the operator advised me that if I sent it to them Fed Ex I would have to continue calling and they would not issue a refund immediately if they received the return this way. So save yourself eventual hassel - use the US Post.

Alas, all this headache was ultimately my fault for ordering a "free sample" of a diet pill online in the first place! But in the end, it's a mistake that will only cost me $9.45 ($3.95 them to ship the sample + $5.45 to ship it back Delivery Confirmation). I wish I had that $9.45 back - but I suppose that lessons sometimes cost!

Best of luck to you all... hope this helped!

I am another to add to the list! I called and called that number finally just getting through at 7 pm at night! I explained to the gal. She says you signed the contract that if I did not contact them after 14 days that my account with them would continue therefore allowing this so called auto withdrawl!
What a huge scam! Free trial my ###! The gal then said that they could refund me 45 out of the 89 dollars just for getting the product sent! Better yet it was gonna take 14 days to get my 45 dollars back!
I then explained to her that if my account goes into the negative and they charge me 28 dollars that they will pay for it or they will be contacted by my attorney! She then said, " well we can proccess it to get your 45 dollars back in 3-5 days instead". That was it end of conversation!
So to all of us, don't be fooled by a possible quick weight loss remedy! I'd rather be a little plump then get screwed by a stranger!

Same boat as everyone else here. What can be done exactly? I just got my card cancelled and have been trying to call them MANY times since last week. Nobody answering. Im not getting any products and am pretty tired of this. Why cant anybody do something about these companies. I mean, there is more than 20 of us complaining about the same thing about the same company yet, nothing is being done. Can we sue them in groups? I really cant afford 115$ a month for this stuff. I just wanted a free trial and now, all this. I will never understamd show people can scam people like that.

Hi everyone,
Im in the same boat almost apart from being in the uk its even more difficult to get through, infact its impossible. All i received was a small leaflet advising me i had to cancel if i didnt want to keep being charged, but by the time i had received the free trial pills it was way over the 14 days. Also the number is american obviously, with no code or state as to where you ring from outside the U.S! I cancelled my card last week but im definilty going up to the bank this week to see about obtaining my money back. Its £54.00 BP. What a bunch of scam artists how can they be allowed to do this to people!

The same thing happened to me. I also got a refund from FitFactory. You have to wait and call them from 6 to 8 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. I finally talked to a real person and am getting credit, except for Myeztrim, which was $89.31. They said they had a NO REFUND policy! I haven't even received the goods. I think I will call the Better Business Bureau. I used my Debit Card to pay for shipping, but paid much more. I've cancelled my Debit Card, so it's a relief they can't withdraw any more!

I called the number another complainer listed: [protected]. Got to talk to some guy who sounded like I just woke him up. I never went to this website, and from what I agreed to pay, I was under the impression that I purchased a free 30-day supply of Acai Berry supplement. Never saw the extremely fine print that I was getting signed up for some recurring order of this stuff every 14 days and that I would get charged the lovely and sneaky $89.31 every month. Didn't try to get the initial payment of $89.31 back. I figured if I was dumb enough to fall for this, I deserved to lose the cash...but I did get them to cancel me from this scam and remove me from their list...or so that's what I was told. I got a confirmation number so I have some way to track this. I'll try to cancel the payment through my bank. Good luck everyone! Thanks for all the information from earlier posts!

The same thing happened to me with MYEZTRIM. I never received the acai berry product but did receive a bill for $29.95 from FIT FACTORY. I did get a hold of a FF rep at [protected] and after a considerable amount of arguing and swearing, she agreed to cancel my subscription (I did not subscribe) and refund my money (has not happend yet). They also gave my phone and credit card number to other scam shops like BUDGET SAVERS MONTHLY, TODAY'S ESCAPES, and probably some new ones I don't know about. Live and learn.

Hey apparently I'm a sucker as well, same 89.31 charge on my card. I had to cancel my card b/c apparently it is a revolving charge. And I note to Terea Nicolai, I live in Florida, and that address you were given (4650 SW 51st St. Ste 711, Davie, Florida) guess what it's a Subway.
