Faulty product and no way to contact customer service
On order 19772, I have sent more than ten emails regarding a full refund and have received no response.
I would like to return the sugar grey and the gemstone green for a full refund. I have brown eyes and the description read that these contacts would change the color of my eyes. I have only opened the blue and they made NO difference in my eye color.
Paid for colored contacts
I ordered contact lenses on nov 19th 2016 they took 29.99.99 off my credit card and I have not heard from this company again nor can I contact the phone numbers are no good the web sight is set up to take all your credit card info and to get the money and then there is no way at all to get the lenes or your money back. this is a scam and I want the federal goverment to go after these slammers its Internet fraud mail fraud DO NOT GET SCAMMED DO NOT give YOUR CREDIT CARD TO THIS CO
Unprofessional/inexperienced/possible fraud
BEWARE, scamming people are out to get you. Don't buy from this website and don't use Shipwire as a shipping company. They are some scheming fake company selling crap items, rip you off on shipping costs, they don't provide any contact information other than a bogus email, hey DON'T EVER return your calls, emails or inquiry, AND you won't see your item. It's like they took my money and ran off. I haven't received the item that I ordered on their fake/bogus/scheming/evil website. I paid FedEx delivery as it was an option on their website, but they sent it out through USPS, and now USPS can't locate the item. It's lost somewhere in San Diego. The tracking system hasn't been updated for 6 days and counting. I called Shipwire because they are the only affiliate I can get in contact with, since their phone number was left on the receipt, and Shipwire cannot get in contact with their merchant, and they were rude with limited protocol on what to do in case this happens. Worst holiday online shopping experience ever. I guess it's the holidays and evil is out to take advantage of holiday goers. You've been warned.
I agree 🎏⛄️⛄️⛄️ Im an ex- employee of Shipwire and must admit that you are right thats why I quit; Shipwire is far from whar its up to be. Stick with Amazon... Theyre going to DISCONTINUE providing service to small moms and pops vendors too soon and have no remorse because Money is what theyre all about!
Shipwire stinks as a company!
They've onboarded about 900 clients and only care about 100 of them. I've heard that they wish the other 800 merchants would simply vanish.
Run the other way from these incompetent,
dishonest and greedy amateurs.

Shady business/fraudulent
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy from www.myeyecolors.com. They ripped me off shipping cost, and my item is lost somewhere in the USPS system. The USPS tracking system has NOT update where the item is currently for the last 4 days. The item was paid for to be delivered via FedEx. You cannot contact anyone from that company as they will NOT return your emails about inquiring your item. Their FAQs claim they have a "shipping policy" page but it is NOWHERE to be found on that fake website, no interconnecting links from the home page, NOTHING. It's like they took my money and ran off. You've been WARNED!
I always order from them and have never had a problem. I love the colors and they are at my house in 3 days from ordering.
I have been unable to contact the company. I left several emails and no one will answer the phone. I placed an order for 2nd day and paid $27. I have waited 2 weeks now and still no product. The Fed-ex number they gave me on my order confirmation has no movement. Fed-ex has never picked up my package. I will never order form them again and have asked my bank to dispute the funds pulled by this company.
