Myefox.com I need my money back!

I have purchased a mobile phone from Myefox and they took my money very fast but they never delivered my phone! It is now over three months and they still have my money and there is still no product! I was trying to get a refund but they simply ignored me and did not reply! The worst part is that I can't access the site anymore. When I tried to enter the site it gives me an error. I need my money back!

Myefox.com MYEFOX is a scam and directly cheat with buyers

I have bought a tablet pc (VIMICRO or something) from them and soon after receiving it I have noticed that the battery endurance is 5-10 mins. There is nice QC MARK in the products, which ensures that the product is quality controlled, huh what a cheat. I have contact with them and they were asking me to upgrade the firmware, and use charger when I will use the wifi and play games. They think that they are only clever, all other is fool. By upgrading firmware you will improve the battery life from 5 mins to 5 hour. What a great joke. I have even send them a video, but the cheaters were still suggesting me stupid things. Later they were asking me to take it local repair shop. Another joke. I will buy a new product and I have to take it for repair. It is clear like sunlight that the battery is damaged. I don't have such kind of street shop here that they are asking. Later on they have asked me to send it back and with my cost. For a USD 160 tablet I have to spend now another USD 40 to send for repairing. And also it is not possible to send a product from here which contains a Li-ion battery. I have been refused to take it for post by the post office.
But somehow at the end I was able to send it without disclosing the item inside and I had to be dishonest for these people. They have sent me another tablet (ZPAD or similar), which is better as they said. I have repeatedly requested them please check it well before send it to me. They have promised me that they have checked it well. I have received it and on the second day suddenly there are no power on it. I was so disappointed and write to them. These CLEVER (they really think) people ask me to upgrade the firmware. AGAIN THE STUPID STAEMENT. WHO HAS HEARD THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE IN A DEAD EQUIPMENT? I have repeatedly told them, but these people were telling me the same story. I have sent them hundreds of emails but no solution. This person named BONNIE, is not at all known about the customer service. Again they have asked me to send it back. Can you imagine? I have no choice and again I have tried to send and failed and at the same time loose USD 40 again. Now they are saying that I have to send it somehow. Though this clever people know that you are not able to send a product containing a Li-ion battery in air mail. SO I HAVE LOST MONEY FOR THE TABLET AND 2 TIMES POSTAGE FEE. MYEFOX.COM IS COMPLETELY A SCAM, DON'T KNOW AT ALL WHAT IS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUYERS HAVE TO BUY PRODUCTS AT THEIR OWN RISK. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM. Please let your friends also know about the scam.

"This company tried to back out of sending me the items I purchased until after I opened a dispute with paypal, then proceeded to harass me about closing the dispute. I finally received the items, but out of 7 items, only 2 were right. I bought a iPad sticker skin, they sent a book of stickers. I ordered a clear iPad hard case, and got dark grey silicon case for a different tablet so it won't even fit. I bought a Beauty and the Beast iPhone case, I got Porkie Pig. I ordered a cow print case, I got paw print. I ordered a video game controller designed iPhone case, I got a poor replica that wasn't even close. When I complained, I was ignored until I escalated my paypal claim. The company tried to pacify me with coupons for future purchases, which I promptly told them to shove. This is an absolute SCAM! Don't waste your time or money. "

Myefox.com Send what they want

Hi there,
My complaint about Myefox.com is the following: After you order an article they seem to send from their warehouse, what they want, but not the article you have ordered. Also now I have one phone with a broken screen and some Android functions missing (TV, Gmail and other software), caused by falling. Now also I can't install any downloaded software, neither from Market or from the SD-card. I told them the story and asked them how much is the repair of the phone. It would cost $30 with $10 transporting costs. So I ordered a substitute phone from another website, that has not any complaints. After that I would send my phone for repair, but I received an email saying, that I could repair the phone by myself and because of the cost I could better order another phone with them. So I am really angry with them. The customer service is really nice though... Always they seem to be worried and so on and really nice.

Myefox.com Don't deliver items - don't reply back

I placed my order on July 18th, 2011, and today is Oct 12, 2011, I have not got my parcel till now. Do they actually sell goods, I assume they are just a website to loot our hard earned money. They don't even put some responsible person online so that I can talk to him and tell him how have I been put on hold without delivering my parcel for 3 months that too after I paid for "express delivery including insurance cover."

I had no idea by the term express delivery they meant it will take forever to reach the parcel. Kindly suggest me the solution as soon as possible. Please tell me if they actually the parcel or their is a possibility of refunding the amount.

Kindly note I have been mailing them for more than 2 months. they don't put some responsible person in charge of this case and ask him to go through the whole story and send the parcel or refund the amount within 2-3 days. I have been waiting very patiently for the parcel but unfortunately I have got nothing and feel cheated.

Kindly suggest if their is a way out.

They are selling knockoffs MYEFOX are a scam... I ordered a 10 in android tablet from them got it after waiting almost a month the box says superpal not superpad it was not sealed and it didn't even have the converter in the box when i contacted them {Bonnie) the woman i talked to with the live chat option on the site told me if i buy something else they would gladly send me the converter that was supposed to be in my box any ways! I managed to find a charger but the unit still didn't seem to be charging properly and it was flicking to a white screen no matter what i was doing on the tablet. i set it aside let it charge overnight the next morning i get on and it will only load to the android screen hasn't worked since now i am stuck with a hundred fifty dollar piece of junk and that's not including all of the accessories i bought to go with it, now they are not responding to emails I have contacted them through pay pal email and through their site, and don't bother calling the number is always busy i have contacted pay pal and my credit card company to get my money back next time i will go with US top seller instead of taking my chances, warning stay away from MYEFOX ! bad products and bad customer service!

Myefox.com rip off poor costomer service

Myefox.com Watch out for this website, they are not good

i ordered a android phone iOrgane Raptor F22 at myefox.com with android 2.1 and higher. They send the wrong item . and get stuck with a miphone a3 android 1.5.
They say sorry our fault .
ok can happen i think
So i get coupoun 20 dollar .
i ordered same phone again .
and again i get the wrong phone or must i say the same phone.
But now i even have broken touchscreen.
i have now 2 phones that are useless for me .
Message after message .
And they will try too look for a solution too make me happy
But after a month they told me
it is the right phone it comes from the factory as f22 and they call it
miphone a3 .
But for the idea i can get coupoun for 20 dollar again.
But then i first must order for 200 dollars or more. So watch out for this website they are not good.

Myefox.com They are a bunch of frauds

I ordered the Flytouch 3 Superpad on May 17th and received it on June 2nd. I totally understand the shipping process. I sent several emails requesting information on shipping because the carrier was switched. No reply. Once I receive the tablet I plugged it in and turning it on with in 5 minutes it turned off and never turned back on. I have emailed. Still No Reply. The customer service line stays busy! I tried calling for 2 hours! I have had to open a dispute with paypal for them to take this serious. Hopefully I can get my money back and be done with Myefox. They are a bunch of FRAUDS! Stay away from this site!

Myefox.com They still have not shipped even though i paid for the special DHL postage

I placed an order for a android tablet 2 weeks ago and paid upfront for it through moneybookers, They still have not shipped even though i paid for the special DHL postage, and i have sent loads of e-mails without a single reply from them, they also have an MSN contact which is useless as they are never online. I have asked moneybookers if it is possible to retrieve the ammount paid so am waiting on that.

I ALSO ORDER MY TABLET IN MAY 25.. NOW IS JULY... BUT NOT ARRIVED ANY SHIPPING, THEY SAYS "WE SEND ANOTHER ONE WITH DHL".., BUT CALLING DHL I GOT A SURPRISE: THE NEW SHIPPIN WAS
NEVER PICK UP FROM HONG KONG...

My order took three weeks to arrive. The tablet came with a plug for the wall attached to a plug for the computer. It was "charged" over night and it is dead. No red light..no green light..no juice. Nothing, I tried live chat...nothing, I tried an email...no response. Maybe doing something wrong but the unit is turned on and does not work. No tech support available on the weekends,

I am writing to compliment this company. I received
my FlyTouch3 today – and it was in perfect, brand new condition. More than simply in brand new condition, the product was brand new, not reconditioned and not used. It worked great straight out of the box. It is responsive, and even better than I had expected.
The order was the first time I had bought anything from myefox.com, and like so many other people had concerns since I had no experience with this company.
My concerns were unfounded, however, as this company performed perfectly. Their prices are genuinely low - if not the lowest - including the shipping cost. Although the delivery took a little longer than I would have liked – it was still within the expected timeline originally communicated to me.
I am very happy with both the device and with Myefox. I will recommend Myefox to my friends and colleagues.
A note about the shipping - the cost of which was considerably cheaper than some other Asian companies:
The shipping (through Swisspost)experience was OK - the order was delivered ultimately by the US Post Office - but Swisspost's tracking ends with the final port before entry into the US - and Swisspost's customer service in the US cannot provide tracking information beyond the Swisspost website.
That fact combined with the fact that this was my first purchase gave me some anxiety - which I certainly won't have in the future knowing what to expect from Swisspost.
So my experience was excellent, as myefox.com
delivered brand-new product in
perfect condition. I recommend this siteto family and friends.

I hope You will also help me. My Order no. 754. I placed a order I paid and than I get only stories from Myefox, why there can not shipping my items. Until now, I dont received anythink and this is now two months ago. I get a mail and myefox was asking me, if I am happy with my goods. Now nobody is anymore answering and my money is gone.
