Having been spoken on the phone and offered what seemed like a fantastic deal at the time my daughter was only 1 and a half. The person who spoke to me told me that the package would be appropriate to her learing and I would only need to pay £10.00 and more per month after that and if I wasn't satisfied with the product I would be able to return it with the £10.00 refunded. After receiving the product my husband and I decided that the product was not suitable for a 1 year old more for a 5 year old and wished to return it. After numerous phonecalls with no response or being able to get hold of anyone at MyChild I sent the product back by recorded delivery with a pre paid envelope for them to return to me on receipt of the product back I am still waiting for that receipt and also for my £10.00 refund of MY MONEY!!

I also emailed them to which they did send me a respose to say if I had any queries to contact them on the same number that is always unreachable but never engaged! It is so annoying that I am having to waste my time trying to get my part of the bargain back they have my money and their product what do I have I am the one who is out of pocket through this.
