mybloomnet.com / non payment of statement
I own a small floral shop and signed up with 1800flowers (my bloom net) on February 4, 2012, and had tremendous sales in that month. I was so pleased until I found myself unable to receive a payment from Bloom net which should have been made on March 15, 2012. Adding to my frustration is the run around I am now getting from this company. They are telling me they are waiting for a response from their accounting department which has been over 6 hours now. When I suggested calling them myself, they said that wasn't possible. My guess is, judging from my experience, they are probably experiencing a high volume of calls from other florists with similar complaints and they don't want anyone reaching their accounting department. This company also fails to return calls in a timely manner and obviously doesn't see solving this issue as a priority.
