My Waterbed Shop review: adherence to return policy published on website

There is too much information and communication to be covered here but he refused to honor his return policy. The matress was the wrong size, we tried to return it and were told it was a special order and would be charged extra fees and return charges and also that it could not be returned at all. Whether the size discrepancy was our fault or his is up for debate at the minimum but the website should have had some sort of physical measurement on the size of the matress. In the end there was a manufacturer label on the matress, that we contacted and they immediately made the correction without charge. This shows malice and deception, as he could have made this correction as I did, without any additional charge, excluding shipping of course. His website should have any sanctions possible. As far as I am concerned it should be removed, and I will persue all means at my disposal.
