My Rest Inc or Waterbed Outlet Inc review: waterbed and delivery

Waterbed Outlet.com or My Rest Inc located in Tampa Florida.
I ordered a bed on DEC 20, 2017 ( $1500 for bed) arrival estimated at Dec 24 or Dec 26, 2017. On Dec 29 Still no bed. I am talking with the My Rest Inc and they blame the freight company - Ward's Freight. I call Wards Freight [protected] and they deny responsibility since they contract with Dependable Freight in Ontario [protected]. Call Dependable freight who is trying to find my bed.

This is terrible customer service from Waterbed Outlet.com or My Rest Inc located in Tampa Florida. They were not helpful, They did not accept responsibility, and they pushed me off to another company. So I am still calling.
