This site is an absolute disgrace. They mislead you into thinking you are buying a stretched canvas print and yet all you receiev is the print and 4 loos pieces of wood which you are expected to somehow put together yourself! Framing a canvas print is a skilled trade - not something anyone can do.
Their hole website is geared towards leading you to believe that you will be recieiving a fully sretched canvas print. All the images suggest this.
This website should not be allowed to exist like it does currently.
Mug does not come close to advert. Photo so small on mug, mug looks and feels cheap and tacky. Not worth the money. this was to be a Christmas present to our son but will now be hidden away somewhere too ashamed to give it to him.
I wanted my picture printed on canvas from my I phone, which they said would fit a list of sizes, when the canvas was delivered they had also printed everything surrounding the picture,I have spent over an hour with them trying to sort this and they just keep disappearing and not being helpful. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift
I was sent the wrong item and after multiple emails the company hasn't responded, I would like to return the item and get a refund

I have placed an order but cannot find a delivery date as the will not answer emails and the ys say they are to busy to answer phone calls. (as per the phone recording)
I do not know if this company actually exists at all. I have paid for my order.

I received my canvas and when it arrived i thought that's a funny size box for a canvas frame. When i opened the long box, there was a rolled canvas and 4 pieces of wood and lots of pieces to put the canvas together myself. Well, talk about being disappointed! I have spoken and sent various email to this company and as you can see there are other people who are as happy with it as me!
Don't use them, they haven't got it sorted and the canvas isn't exactly good, so thoroughly disappointed ! There are no details on their front home page about DIY canvases!
Ordered over a week ago, still haven't heard anything, I have emailed them, they did not reply and I have called the number on my email receipt, it's not a real number, don't use.
This site offers to transfer your downloaded photo onto the canvass size of your choice and deliver it to your home.
What they fail to say is that it comes in kit form so you have to build the frame with the wood that they suppy and then stretch the canvass and staple it in place. I contacted the company and the reply was they were a german company so were not going to make any refund as they were not forced to under german law and couldnt be brought to task over it.
Bought 2 canvasses neither were assembled, just a pile of wood, very poor quality. Pieces missing. Awful customer service when contacted, just said that the statement about them not assembling the canvasses were squirreled away on their website. If I buy a car I don't expect a pile of components dumped on my door step with pieces missing. It's a car when it's assembled. After 2 months this still has not been resolved, still missing parts. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BUY FROM SOMEWHERE THAT GIVES A [censored].
These Guys are in Cologne in Germany! How come they have a co.uk web-site. I ordered a print in August 2017. Still waiting for it to arrive. Scammers!
mypicture.co.uk again i am afraid I ordered my Canvas in plenty of time for Christmas 12 Dec 2017 the 17th being the cut of date I still have not recieved it automated e-mail refering me to their Faq no help, told me I would get a tracking number I didn't, cant find a log in on their site.
This company should be investigated their customer support is non existant and the aitomated e-mails they send are rude and unhelpful.
This was a present for My sister I saved up hard for as I am unemployed.
My sisters Man died at a young age of Cancer and I was trying to cheer Her up now I just feel cheated.
Avoid this company like the plague.
I ordered a product at the beginning of Dec, and received my order on Sat, despite them claiming a 48hr turn around! When I opened the parcel I found they had sent me a set of 4 canvas photos, poor quality, mounted, of someone's holiday to Egypt. I've never been to Egypt! I've tried to contact them the last two days, they don;t answer the phone and when I email, all i get are snotty NO REPLY emails back saying they reply on a first come first serve policy. Load of ###! Not recommended by me at all, as my order was for a xmas present!
Ive actually just had a responce to my email within ten minutes nearly fell down in shock, Apparently its in the post. Think that must be there answer to everything,
I feel exactly the same, I have also recieved the same disappointing product which was discoloured and had marks!
