My Opinions and Opinion World review: I made a complaint about an issue and was unsubscribed! 3

I have been with My Opinions for quite a while doing online surveys and as at 8/11/2016 I had over 34, 000 points that I have yet to claim. I sent an enquiry to My Opinions and the response I got was "You have successfully "Unsubscribed". When I have tried to email them I get the same message! No one will contact me. If they don't want me to rejoin, that's fine! But I want to claim my points and have been unsuccessful so far. I have also tried to rejoin up but am unable to log in. Opinion World is also a sub company as I also have points with them as well and I have had Exactly the same response! I will not just be wiped out without getting my dues. I want someone to tell me why I was Unsubscribed without notice. I have all the statements from My Opinion to prove the points I have.

I know exactly what you mean! I've been going since 15 November! The same thing happened. Almost to the end...Boom! Gone! And when I tried to redo it, they Unsubscribed me! And also from Opinion world, they must be a sister company. I have sent over 35 emails, made numerous calls as I found the number and its in the USA, they hang up on you, but I did find a name if you want to see if you have any luck? These people, My Opinions, are scammers. They are terminating accounts and not paying out. I am lodging a formal complaint with Fair Trading about their unethical practice. So many people are getting hurt by them.

I was a member for a while. I did many surveys and never had an issue.
Recently, I completed a 5 hour long survey and was told it would be credited within 2 weeks.
The day after the two weeks, I log in and am told that I've been terminated for violating the terms, which is absolute rubbish. I was a member for a long time and I completed many surveys and cashed out many times.

I heard the same thing had happened to someone else too. Just terminated for no reason after completing an invite survey for a high reward.

I have tried repeatedly to contact them for an explanation and have been ignored.

Aside from the credit I already had, that survey was for $30 worth of points. No doubt keep the money they make from the surveys as well as everything in your account.

I've been a membership for at least 3 years with very few issues, until a couple of weeks ago when I terminated a LONG survey promising 300 points. Just when the survey was about to reward my account, I got an error message and no points were rewarded. I tried to contact help desk via the form online but no one came back, and because I did not want to give up on my points I started to send a message every few hours... just to get attention.
I also send a couple of e-mails.
Guess what... today I tried to log in into my account and .. BAM! My membership has been magically terminated!

So not only are they not bothered to come back to their members, but when you try to contact them they terminate your membership!

The most annoying part is that NO ONE is arsed to send you an e-mail to give you a reason why or to warn you.
I obviously contacted help desk once more asking for explanations, but what's the odds they will just ignore my e-mail...?
