I've had $149.00 deducted from my bank account for this service that I don't even remember signing up for.
I received an email to ACTIVATE the account and I did not. They took the $149.00 anyway.
Then I received another email weeks later saying my account has been "approved." In the interim I spoke to JIM from the company who said I needed to write a letter to receive a refund (I even included a copy of the check). I did so, almost a month ago and have not received my refund check.
I called this morning using the phone number in the last email. AND the recording told me it was an invalid number.
This is the last email:

Click on the "New Customer" link in the upper right-hand corner of the website.
