My Maid Station / Very bad experiences with My Maid Station
My Maid Station provide a very poor service. The staff He Guo Wei at June 2016 recommended a transferred maid to me and claimed that she is very good and highly recommended by her previous employer. At the end, we have found out this maid had some mental problem, she liked to talk to herself and always argued with us. Then he recommended another maid in August who has Singapore working experience. After paying all the fees again, this ex-Singapore maid was even worse than the other, she did not understand English and refused to memorise what we have taught her, but we got to pay her very high wages $560 per month with one day off! After working with us for a week, we decided to send her back to the My Maid Station. Then He Guo Wei either recommended the transferred maid or the maid who has bad working record, who did not work for two years and being sent home.
I asked for a refund, then the agency is going to deduct $500 from my upfront payment for the maid's salary, because I discontinued their service, not taking their maids anymore. They would recommend the problem maids to me immediately and kept the good ones for the new employers. They said there is a free replacement, but at the end, you were being told that different packaging, you need to top up! The refund only will be done after 4 weeks later. Also, it is more than 2 months already, I still not yet received my previous maid's levy refund from them. It is really a very very BAD experience with My Maid Station Agency!
