I received this letter from American Marketing Group on 3/2/2010. I am hoping that you all join me and get My Legal Refund prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
This letter is regarding My Legal Refund and their false claims against American Marketing Group.
A former high-level employee John Crosten is contacting our former clients using our company’s website. His company My Legal Refund is requesting upfront fees to obtain refunds from timeshare companies. This company has stated that they have Power of Attorney for all of their clients; this means that they have the ability to use your information and collect funds on your behalf. This does not mean that they have to give the money to you.
John R. Crosten presently holds a telemarketing license for employment underneath American Marketing Group. He is licensed with the Department of Agriculture License No. TP20851.
You should also be aware that Mr. Crosten is listed as co-owner of the company My Legal Refund, In which he poses as a consultant promising customers refunds but also asking for an upfront fee.
Raul Jamal Brown- President of My Legal Refund was also a Manager for American Marketing Group. He was not licensed with AMG but they still have a paper trail of check stubs linking him to their company.
Reginald Paulk- Resolution Specialist whose alias is Joseph Duffy. He is also licensed with AMG license No. TP23196.
We wish to express to all patrons who have done business with My Legal Refund to immediately call your credit card company and demand a chargeback and dispute for any and all charges.

I can not answer my phone without someone asking me for a credit card number now people say they will help me and they end up taking my money too no refund from the timeshare nor this company as well continued from my ealier statement i have given them ample time and they continue to ignore my call i am going to contact the bbb as well i do not know how these individuals sleep at night.
This company ripped me off and then almost a year later took money out of my account again. I have contacted the Police Dept about them and have not heard anything back about them taking money out of my account the second time without my consent and did it under another name.
American Marketing Group is also a scam. They promise that they will sale your Timeshare, when all they are really doing is advertising it so they claim. There is never a buyer and when you call them back, their number is no longer in service. American Marketing Group ask for upfront fees as well and the reason that they are so upset is because those are former employers, that know all about their little scam.
That is interesting. AMG is one that scammed me also and then My Legal refund also. Got to love these people.

The user jloosen if you click on their name they have 4 comments, one comment claims they are Addie B. The one they posted last week says they are Mr. Loosen which is it? you fraud ripoff artist. Nice try to advertise your scam company and rob even more people its okay your all going down. I hired a private investigator. The owners of this company used to work for various timeshare companies in west palm beach. I had them found by the DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE . They have NO telemarketing license nor are they bonded or insured. They also do not have any attorny's and have lost their merchant account, and the DOA is writing their merchants to cease and desist all activities. I was told this has been turned over to the attorney general's office of Florida, and he has promised to stop these scam artist and to obtain arrest warrants for unlicensed telemarketing and illegal/unlawful practice, which is a 3rd degree felony in the state of Florida punishable by up to 15 years in a state penitentiary. This company is a scam and what they are doing is illegal and both the owners used to work for timeshare scam companies. Both of them are punk ### kids ripping off people its okay though they wont be doing it for much longer. Thanks to the PBSO. John Crosten and JB watch out.

My Legal Refund is in no way a scam. I just received $13, 000 credit to my credit card today. I just want everyone out there to know this company is legit. I have referred them to my friends that have been scammed and will continue to praise them. People are quick to complain because they have been scammed so many times in the past. Give them a chance and you will see results, I DID! I feel so much better knowing My Legal Refund got my money back from these scammers. I hope you guys shut all these fraudulent companies down for good.
