File a complaint with your state attorney general. contact your credit card issuer and tell them to deny any transactions from this company.
Why don't you go, call, or E-mail a high school, junior college, and/or university college financial aid counselor within the vicinity of where you live. They can help you deal with the more reputable companies offering scholarships, grant, or loans. Over half of the companies making offers over the internet are rip-offs. READ the privacy policies, terms and conditions on their website.
Find AND read the fine print.
