Confirmed...SCAM continues with new name and same crooks! I called and sure enough ... the same Danielle Strange that gave me a refund from a closed account. Other jun366, victim wrote...

I agree these people are scammers. I spoke with Justin on 08/04/11 referred as "General Manager" requesting for my refund ($5, 000.00 purchased leads) but he referred me to the contract that a refund will not be issued and to make matters worse they are not running the "advertising campaign" because I opened a dispute against their company. He also indicated he will not be concerned even though this issue is reported to the Attny General's office. Therefore, they are forcefully keeping my money...how interesting! This is flat out a SCAM! Here are more people in my choice business services that are involved in the SCAM and phone numbers; Danielle [protected]; Shawn Powers [protected]; Danie Stone [protected]; Robert [protected]. Why do we have these people still running around? They should be in jail!

CR CONSUMER RESOURCES IS A SCAM! Research them on the net. They've been scamming people for years! They charge you an upfront fee and promise they will win your case but two months later the credit card company charged the money back to my card. Turns out they just disputed the charges on my account as fraud and never provided anything. They got their money and now they are GONE! WHAT A SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING! They will get you a temp credit but its not impermanent until the credit card company researches the charge which they original scam company is sure to respond. NOW I have been scammed twice! This is ridiculous! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! They post comments everywhere as a scammed victim who used crconsumerresources llc and got there money back with there services. SCAM! My Choice, Fidelity Merchant Solutions and Economic Freedom Corp ripped me off for almost $30, 000. They sold me a website and then told me I needed a marketing campaign. They said that they would do all of the work, that's why I paid so much because I dont have the time to do it myself. I got nothing but lies. They wouldnt return my calls or help me. I have filed with the BBB, FTC, Attorney Generals office but that didnt get me anywhere. Fortunately I found a company that helped me get my money back. CR Consumer Resources LLC. I called and they helped me through this nightmare. I spoke with the owner Jay Rosen and he and his staff were the nicest people. I am so happy that I was able to find them. Thought I'd remind everyone thru you that AZ. USSS operation reload victim forms are due by tomorrow. I could not download the form, but I sent a hand written one, and then yesterday was contacted by email that they had not received the form and would fax me one ... which they just did, and I filled it out along w/ John Hanson's address thanks to YOU. I also wrote the skank Danielle mersky Ashfrari "strange" a facebook note wishing her loss of possessions and jail time for a long time...Sure hope that wish comes true for her and the gang!?

Latest is they are dba my choice business services in las vegas...if you have not heard? Google them for more address and location info. Also file new complaints at AZ. att. gen, Nancy Anger, assistant Att. gen.; FTC is easy to file complaint; Online business bureau, and BBB; scambook told me to tell other victims to file complaint there. Good Luck! I too have been fighting for a year now. John Hanson of web4amer. is especially a crook, but C. Foerster is right up there. And view the 3 on your side report of a couple of months ago.

p.s. SO online business bureau just takes their word for it and cancells the complaint? Also netcheck is a place to post complaint on websites4america / chalonne foerster.

Also name john hanson if he got to you thru useless leads from web4amer. He is a 2 faced crook!

Thought I'd say I filed a complaint at Scam book and they said to tell other victims to file there also. And I filed w/ online business bureau stating that EFC is now dba my choice bus. ser. in las vegas, BUT my choice wrote back and denied being the same...Though I know for sure from calling that the Danielle Strange is the same and a Justin (johnson) was mentioned and I think Chalonne foerster is right in ther manager if not owner in disguies of CGF enterprises...listed on Nv. sec. of state site.

Other victims keep complaining at least to AZ. att. gen if not all I mentioned above. NV. att. gen. is useless w/ NO consumer complaints dept. Try Las vegas district attorney. Come on people...post and fight back although me doing the fight for a year has not been productive. Still...go to jail thieves and scammers!
