My boss Saraina review: the way she talks to her employees

Hi ever time I say anything different or say hey it supposed to be 2 people working on friday and saturday its a problem I talk to my dm which made her change it but now she wrote message that i'm tagged in taking about me I thought since the dm said change it right... She even make racist comments to me and want me to laugh about it. But since I made a comment it's a problem like before she will start shorting me hours and rolling her eyes I don't know how to handle this anymore
