my bike-glamour / poor service in avni motors

i am having glamour,, purchase las yr from delhi.i hve done regular service from avni-motors nazafgarh.early this yr, i lodeged the complaint in avni motors that there is some problem in rear back wheel, they say might be wheel alignement has not done properly, we can check & problem will be recitififed, after1 1/2 mnth same problem occured, i agin visited them, they say might be problem in shockers, shockers-underwarranty, shockers r not available, we will contact u as per avilablility, i m regular user of bike, my whole work is depend on bike, till 25 april i have not recd. any call, i calle up at avni motors & spoken to floor manager.he said bring ur bike on 29 april, i again go there, they sai riht now service advisors r not there u can come after 2hours. this is physically and mentally harrasment thru.themi agin go after 2hours, they say shockers r not in stock our sen.advisor will be available in 1 st week of may, we can call u back.
Secondly my insurance has been due in may, i am deposiitng he chq. to them, they say they will accept cash from us, i have asked the reason, they didn` give any explanation.this is bad experience from hero honda, such a bih company. earlier also i am having hero honda passion, bec.of that exp. i have purchased another bike of hero honda only.
kindly look into the matter, & solve my problem as soon as posible.
