Fristpay.com Cheap and nasty

I ordered a pair of trainers through the website Editz.co.uk. On 10 March, 2016. Payment went through Fristpay. I eventually received a pair of trainers totally different from the ones that I ordered and obviously cheap and nasty. After several emails they refuse to send the correct goods or refund the money.
Although the order was through the website Editz.co.uk, the goods were shipped from:
Izwy
No.1209, HuQingPingGongRoad, ShangHai, China.
SHANGHAI SHANGHAI 200126 CHINA
Phone: [protected]

The first photo is the trainers I received, the second, the ones I ordered.

Fristpay.com Fake product and refuse for refund

This website inquires that they are selling real Michael Kors bags for lower prices because it is a previous season, the prices re still relatively high, but the reasons made sense.
After I carefully read the terms and conditions I ordered a purse. After I received the product, the purse is absolutely the opposite of what I ordered. I ordered red big bag, I received orange, small absolutely FAKE (with Chinese tags) purse.
I contacted them as soon as I realized of the mistake I did. On the website it says that I can get a full money refund if the purse doesn't match what I ordered. They did not answer me for a week, when they did they asked me to send them a picture of the product, I immediately did, and since then they do not answer any of my messages. I emailed them already five times, they absolutely ignoring me. I paid $100 and I telling everyone: PLEASE DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Fristpay.com Online Scam

I have ordered a pair of Kobe Bryant shoes for my son, thinking the Kobe Shoes Australia website was a legitimate Lakers endorsed website.

I have since been informed that it is an ONLINE SCAM!

I want my account closed, orders cancelled and payment refunded!

I'm sick to death of dishonest people taking advantage of others.

Fristpay.com Gents shoes from The Social Pantry website

Found a pair of gents shoes on The Social Pantry website,
Continued on the site to pay for them & was taken to Firstpay.com,
it didn't register that this company is a scam as I got an order No &
a delivery reference & it looked quite professional.
A week later after paying £15 extra for quick delivery, I sent an Email
& what I got back has convinced me I've been done.
Off to check with my bank that I have not lost more that the original
£65.
Surely something can be done to stop these lowlifes.

Fristpay.com Men's Polo Jacket

I ordered a Polo Jacket from this website and entered my CC details. The charge was made to my card immediately. The website claims the item was in stock.

I immediately received an email with my order number but no tracking information and no contact number. The jacket has not arrived.

Now I am unable to access the website to get customer support. It appears that the retailer is operating from China.

Since the website is either disabled or down I have no way to contact the retailer to request a refund so will have to hope for help from my credit card company.

Fristpay.com Sends wrong products

On 10th January 2016 I found a website called www.link2web.co.uk as they had in stock a particular pair of shoes I wanted. I purchased these using my credit card and they took £54 out of my account. Straight away I received a confirmation email from the website (from sender service.[protected]@hotmail.com). I then received a second email from [protected]@fristpay.com. This email confirmed my order details and that 'HANXIUDUNTECH' would appear on my credit card.

On 20th January 2016 I received a pair of sandals in the post. The details on the parcel indicated it was sent from China and the sandals were plastic cheap ones, they look like they cost about £1.00 to produce. I've kept these as proof. Once I received these I sent several emails to:
service.[protected]@hotmail.com and received an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification to say delivery had failed.
20-01-16 completed the contact us form online via www.link2web.co.uk (no proof of this as it goes from the website) - no response
20-01-16 Emailed [protected]@fristpay.com. - no reply received
21-01-16 Emailed service.[protected]@hotmail.com again - received failed delivery email again.
22-01-16 Received an email from service.[protected]@hotmail.com - broken english and badly written email asking for a picture of the item to be emailed which I did straight away. Have had no reply since.

I've reported both the website and fristpay to my bank fraud team and also reported it to Fraud Action and got a Crime Reference Number. I've also cancelled my credit card and got a new one to be on the safe side!

We need to stop Fristpay! they must be making a fortune!

I purchased a pair of shoes at www.tailoredmarine.com.au and received the payment confirmation email from automatic@fristpay.com. I paid 130.99 AUD but received fake Adidas shoes which were nothing like the one I ordered. The postage receipt stated the value of the shoes were $10. I emailed service.carrie@hotmail.com but received a failure notice. This is so frustrating! My bank says it's my own fault and says most probably I will not be refunded. The thing is, when I Googled tailoredmarine.com.au, I didn't find any complaints. How are we supposed to know that we are paying to fristpay before we pay?

Ordered a jacket on adabroersma.nl (dutch website). Payment was done with fristpay.com, I also immediately received a confirmation of the order, from email address service.carrie@hotmail.com (in broken dutch). Haven't received anything after 12 days, started googling for the email address and found this post. The email address also pops up on some French websites.

Best case scenario for me seems to be receiving a cheap chinese jacket instead of the one I ordered.

Fristpay.com Attention liquid alpha co uk is fake onlineshop from china

ATTENTION! Liquidalpha.co.uk IS A FAKE! Don't buy things from this seller, because its not from UK. I have bought a Dress in the meaning its Original and from United Kingdom, I paid in GBP and so I thought its legal. Then I have received a mail from firstpay that any Chinese transferred Money from my bankaccount. I wrote (10!) emails to the "customer Service" of Liquidalpha that I dont want to have the Dress anymore. Nothing happens, nobody answered. This is already over 1 month ago. Yesterday I received a letter from the postal Station that a package is arrived from China. I went there and open the package and inside was... A SHIRT! What? I havent ordered a Shirt, I pay 100Euros for a Dress and received a usual Shirt?!?! OMG... And then I started to wrote again to the customers Service. No reply. SO PLEASE, dont buy on this Homepage. Fristpay.com Product received different from the ordered

On 16th december 2015, I ordered a pair of shoes on www.follonicasolidale.it and they sent me a different pair of shoes that have nothing to do with the ones I have paid and ordered. The shoes came from China and not from Italy in spite of the registration and the messages come in italian. The payement went to fristpay.com. I requested the address to send the shoes back but they said to keep the goods that they will refund me in 15%. I insited that I wanted to give it back because the shoes that I ordered was made of leather and the one that they sent me had a total different material and it even wasn´t in the website. During five days(from the 3rd january to the 7th) they only sent a message per day insisting that I must keep the shoes and till now they still haven´t said a word in spite of my emails complaining about the situation and saying that their refund poliy says that if it is their mistake they will refund all the money. Till now I didn´t receive the refund.

Fristpay.com Fake website and fake payment company

MwMm.co.uk appears to be a genuine UK online retailer selling Brand name clothing, accessories, shoes etc...however it is a fake site and they use Firstpay.com to process payments. I did a Whois check and the domain registerer listed as raja taninki opted to have "their address omitted from the WHOIS service" I was lucky and blocked my card (also now cancelled) so the payment could not be processed. The site should be banned from operating and the Firstpay.com as well!

Fristpay.com Girls boots - misselling

I was searching urgently for size 2 Delaney flowery Doc Martins for my niece for Xmas so didn't really check out the Butlercourt.co.uk company I ordered them from. My payment was processed by Fristpay, which I now realise is behind these various shoe sellers. I didn't receive what I ordered but got sent fake Nike trainers, the goods were shipped from China with all paperwork in Chinese with no obvious returns notice. I've tried sending photos of the goods sent to Butlercourt, asking for a Returns Note but realise after seeing this web site that I've probably been scammed. I am furious and will be taking up the matter with my credit card company.

Fristpay.com Superdry jacket

I ordered a superdry jacket for my daughter from a company called euangray.co.uk. I only used this site as the official website did not have the size and colour she wanted. I then received a confirmation of payment from fristpay.com. When the jacket did not arrive I emailed both companies but did not get a reply. Alarm bells started to ring as the money had already been taken from my bank account from gangzhenying Shenzhen. I now realise that the company does not exist. The euangray website looks very authentic with the superdry logo. Please do not use this site. I wish these sites could be shut down and there was a way to flag them up as scammers when you open the site.

Fristpay.com Fake online shoe shop

Found this UK site (yogawithkaren.co.uk)and was glad they carried the shoe model I was looking for and would ship from Europe (I'm from Italy), when I received the payment confirmation email I saw that the phone numbers were from China and that rang a bell, searched the internet for complaints about fristpay.com and ran into this website. I sent an email to the seller right away and of course no answer ever since. Never gonna see those shoes.

Same, same... Could go into details but the above says it all.. You can try to claim from your bank (depending on where you are), but need evidence of corespondance, at least on your behalf, and receipt that you sent the item back, and you won't be reimbursed the postage fee... Live and learn I guess... China = Corrupt!

Hi, one more victim here.I ordered Clarks shoes from yogawithkaren.co.uk thinking it was UK site.Paid 70 euro for the shoes
and 20 more for customs.I became suspicios after I was contacted by our customs office to provide invoice or web purchase proof, but
yogawithkaren did not send me anzthing. Also on my bank report, money is transfered to Chuanming Energy. After a few days i received tracking number from Fristpay, and I could get now web transaction details to sen to customs.I wish I did not.As I said, i had to pay 20 euro for the customs, but it would be OK if the shoes were what I ordered, insted I got some cheap chinees copy of Guci shoes.
I think there is no way to get our money back, since today I can not open web site yogawithkaren.co.uk.Lesson learnd!

I ordered a Nike wedge sneakers from a sight having it's email address as fristpay.com. and After waiting for 3 weeks for the item to arrive without even an acknowledgement on when the shipping is going to be, I opened a dispute. After 2 days they sent me an email stating that the parcel was in transit. I did receive it but it was a different colour and style and I'm pretty sure that it was a fake Nike as well and I paid 100 euros for it! I sent them another mail about 2 weeks ago but they never responded back so I'm still waiting for the bank now to continue with the dispute.
Please be very careful when buying, 'cause this company is taking a lot of money from people like myself and is keep on doing it.

Last week I placed an order from a website called www.singwithlips.co.uk for a Nike sneakers, I obviously thought that this was a secure website so I placed my order. They immediately confirmed that I have paid but didn't send any details with regards to the shipping. I have been sending them emails ever since but with no reply. I even been trying to call them but obviously the line always engaged which by the way the telephone they provided is in China! I am now going to file a dispute to try to get my money back hopefully.

Fristpay.com No product

I bought a pair of EOS Cisco Ankle Boots online thought the following website. www.sportsshearqld.com.au and paid for postage for them to be sent to New Zealand. Total cost converted to NZ Dollars was $195.91 ($164.44 AUS Dollars).
The boots were meant to be shipped/couriered to NZ using DHL Courier Company.

I gave over my details for postage and visa card details in order to pay for these. I received an email on the 8th August from Fristpay.com saying that my payment had been successful etc. (see attached email), however I not heard anything about my boots being dispatched and when I go online to their website it no longer exists!
I have emailed Fristpay.com twice but have not had any response from them and when I try and phone them using the number at the bottom on my confirmation payment email it says they are unable to be reached.

I would appreciate it if they would refund me my money in FULL if the boots are no longer able to be sent.

Any assistance you could provide me would be fantastic.
Thanks
