Murphy's Lodging/ Michala Mclean review: Scam artists / liars / extortionist / thieves 1

It's almost as if Murphy's Corporate Lodging supports extortion and extortionist. Michaela Mclean, Sales Rep of Murphy's corporate lodging has attempted several times to extort money from me by raising rates during my reservations at Murphy's Corporate Lodging. I had been ignored with issues I had with the units she placed my family in and nothing was done. One incident she was exposed by the Accounting Senior Manager for having me over pay every month. I did get a discount for the month of September. However nothing was done to Michaela Mclean, Sales Rep of Murphy's Corporate Lodging.
Michaela Mclean, Sales Rep of Murphy's Corporate lodging, even emailed me a lease agreement trying to bully me to sign a lease agreeing to pay more money per day than what was quoted. I emailed her letting her know I was not going to agree to something accounting did not put on an invoice. She called in sick for a week.
My child had ant bites from a second floor unit she put my family in, I reported it verbally begging to have her call me so we could relocate. She did not until 2 months later. I have all her emails and the lapse in time it took for her to respond. I also know she was emailing under other representatives emails after 3pm in her office. She is a loose cannon.
I was begging her for a lease agreement verbally every time I paid my monthly reservation fee in person. THE LAST LEASE I WAS EMAILED WAS IN AUGUST 2014. We vacated 1/5/15. Due to overwhelming personal medical expenses I asked for an invoice for all monies due. Instead I got false accusations, and exhortation type charges from Michaela Mclean, Sales Rep of Murphy's Corporate Lodging.
I am ready to go to the Federal Trade Commission for such unethical practices. Extortion is serious and will be taken seriously.
FINALLY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A LEASE SINCE AUGUST 2014. THERE IS NO LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES. SO WHY AM I SENT TO COLLECTIONS FOR OVER 12, 000 DOLLARS.
MURPHY'S CORPORATE LODGING IS GUILTY OF DEFAMING MY CHARACTER AND ALLOWING MICHAELA MCLEAN, SALES REP TO EXTORT ME FOR MONEY. SERVICE CONNECTED ARMY VETS DON'T DESERVE THIS NOR DOES ANY AMERICAN WITH RIGHTS.
Both parties myself the client and a representative of Murphy's Corporate Lodging was present at the time of the first walk through inspection and it went smoothly.
It seems like something unethical is going on when I am accused of damaging a unit to the point of over 12, 000 dollars. Also I was not there for the last walk through for all I know those accusations could have been Micheala Mcleans, opportunity to take out vengeance on me for leaving I was a high paying and consistent account that Michaela Mclean was trying to extort money from since the 2nd month of my reservation. Without both parties present at the time of a walk through inspection, there is no Quality Insurance. It's the too Big to Fails against the little people.
Mrs. Borberg, sales supervisor, seemed to mull things over for a time but this is not going away until Murphy's Lodging fixes this issue.
Again, I have all her emails and pictures of my ant bitten child to support my claims
I filed a BBB complaint and it was closed due to the Murphy's Corporate Lodging not responding. This is no surprise. Go somewhere where they treat you like a human being paying for a top dollar service.
