Mullin Bros / Poor customer service

I contracted with Mullin Bros to replace my tiles on my roof that were damaged during the hurricane, re cement all areas needed and replace the skylight. They did all of the above withiin a year. The skylight is still leaking and they come to look at it and dable fixing every few months. I would think that I should be able to remove the drop cloth that catches the water after all this time. Pieces of my ceiling have fallen down. They also told me that they would send a painter in to repopcorn the damaged area and repaint. Nothing has been done. I phone them repeatedly and they always tell me they will take care of it. I think 14 months is a very long time to not live up to their obligations.

    Knowingly puts employees in harms way. Ie not telling them when they are working w espestice, & lead. bob does not give his employees proper protection from this & also has knowingly dumped espestice in residential neighborhoods without cleaning it up.<-the epa has been notified about this.
