Muller Chevrolet Sketchy and Shady

I don't understand why people are getting all worked up about them being money hungry. You guys must not be too familiar with the auto sales business if you don't understand that it's the whole name of the game.

However, it is a horrible dealership.

William Muller's son Mike runs the place and he looks to be about 20 years old and definitely has no idea how to run the business. It's nothing personal, because he is a nice guy, but he runs the dealership wrong. Everyone that works there is shady and looks like they should be doing cocaine at a night club.

They are super quick to slap a GM certified used vehicle sticker on any old car that literally is in no condition to be certified (i.e bad brakes, engine problems, rust, certain risky aftermarket parts etc.) so they can ask for certified price. This is a big deal and I don't think GM would appreciate them doing that.

Seriously this place is ran nothing like other large new car dealers. It is ran a lot like those small sketchy used car lots that everyone gets screwed at. You all know what I am talking about.

They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Go to the website and look, and while you're at it- check out the other local dealers. They will have A's and B's. How the hell any self-respecting car dealership owner could let their BBB score get to an F is BEYOND ME.

Obviously they're selling cars because they are still in business. I am a realistic person and I know that this review isn't going to destroy the company like some other crazy people do.

Just don't go here- there are many other options. I think Will Muller needs to wake the hell up and stop letting other people run a shady dealership that has his name on the sign.

Muller Chevrolet sold me a lemon. I bought a 2006 F-350 about 6 months ago. within weeks the tranmission went, the fuel pump is leaking and now it will not go out of 4 wheel drive. I ask them to fix it they said take it to a ford dealer. They only fix and sell chevys.

Muller Chevrolet ONLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY!

When you go to a car dealership to trade a vehicle in, and purchase something from their lot, you "expect" a fair deal... Well, let me be a voice of SAVING GRACE and your money when I tell you - STAY AWAY FROM MULLER CHEVROLET! We traded in our 2002 Pontiac Trans Am and purchased a 2003 Hummer. The sale almost didn't happen, as we did not want a huge payment and our credit rating at the current time would give us a higher interest rate. Well, amazing how they can 'wheel and deal' as your walking out the door JUST to make that sale. When signing the final paperwork, the owner signed off on a "WE OWE" slip for things that we had concerns on this vehicle to be fixed. As this vehicle has only been test driven - how are you to know if there is anything else that needs to be addressed. We asked this as signing the papers, and Mr. Muller himself was standing right there and said "anything else you find, just let us know, it will not be a problem, we just want you happy"... Final LAST WORDS! When we dropped the vehicle off for these repairs, there was added items - the list consisted of: center console was broken, wiper motor needed replacement, brakes were soft, alignment needed, driver side mirror did not tilt in, license plate bracket in front, fog lamps/or daytime running lamps were not working. I get a call from service saying the only thing they are addressing is the wiper motor. Center console is not under warranty, the mirror works, the brakes are fine, doesn't need an alignment, tires just needed rotation, and there are 2 screws in the front to hang a plate were not putting a bracket on. Well, all of this was pre-approved to be fixed, and had to argue with service which got us no where. When a call was placed to the sales department, they informed us, everything had been fixed and you can come get your vehicle (?).

The next time went out to vehicle to drive it WOULD NOT start! Had to jump it. Got to destination, went to start it - had to jump it again! This happened 4 or 5 times! Coolant light came on - car wreaked of anti-freeze, so added anti-freeze. Braught back to dealer with - Coolant and charging problems. Steering wheel shakes, exhaust rattles, and on back door is a big bracket where the license plate goes in, when you close the back door - this whole unit pops out, also the hood latch was not locking. Well, get a call from service - and again - we are not addressing any of these problems, everything is fine and operational. Called sales and again they said - your vehicle has been addressed and you can come pick it up?

My husband went into the dealership wanting to give back the purchase and take our trade in back and walk away! Well, apparently there is no satisfaction guarantee - that is only for new vehicles, and that needs to be pre-established! Funny - that doesn't say anything along those terms on the HUGE SIGN THEY HAVE ON THEIR DOOR TO THE DEALERSHIP! He was informed, for them to take the vehicle back he would have to trade it in on something else - and they'd only buy it back wholesale which is $5, 000 LESS THAN WHAT WE JUST PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE FOR A WEEK PRIOR! Well, there were still issues with the vehicle that need to be addressed, so was left at the dealership.

Went to get the vehicle and the back door was not fixed, problems were not addressed so went in to the Sales Manager, he claims everything we asked for was addressed and they are not doing anything further with this vehicle. When asked if the list of things was too much to ask for, his reply was "Absolutely NOT"... Also specifically asked him, NOT to have the service manager call him, as he is rude and arrogant, if someone needs to call, PLEASE make sure it is ANYONE else in this dealership, just NOT him. Well, guess who calls him the next morning... Yeah, the service manager! Saying - if he wants the back door repaired it will cost $400 or they can throw a couple screws in it and that will only cost him $100. Another problem that was supposed be addressed was the vehicle had 2 different sets of tires on it - one worn more than the other, and when they rotated them prior, they put them diagonal from each other (which wow, really?), so they said they would rotate them the way he wanted them as a curtsey but thats it!

Go to pick vehicle up - they hand us keys with a little tag saying "No Charge"... Where is the write up of what was addressed? There wasn't one - because they DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! Well, went out to start the vehicle - and WOW big shock, it didn't start! So, we go into dealership where there is only one person that seems to act like he cares and sympathizes with our situation! He informed us - he would take care of this - this is NOT right that you brought this vehicle back because it was doing this and here it sits not starting! At this point, we do not even want this vehicle anymore and just wanted our trade in vehicle back, when this man informed us that there was in fact a money back guarantee available, that this would have to be discussed. He said leave the vehicle here, there is certainly something wrong with the vehicle and he would make sure it was addressed this time! Well, both of us went into dealership yesterday and talked to this one man, whom we thought had some sort of clout, but apparently NOT! All he can say is he is sorry that we are dealing with this but we HAVE to go talk to the service manager as he is the only one that can do anything about this. Well, unwillingly we proceeded into his office, just to hear AGAIN, how they addressed ALL of the issues he gave them and they are not doing anything else to this vehicle. If we want out of this deal - he would have to run his numbers and said he would have this done by the end of the day. Yeah, we still haven't heard from him about that yet. He said that buying this vehicle back wholesale the $5G less than what we bought it for sounds right... WOW - way to make a quick $10G for doing nothing FOR the customer, just ripping us off some more - so you can put it back on your lot and marked it up to what we paid for it originally!

I am probably leaving some info out of here - but then this is already turning into a novel - do yourself a favor - and STAY AWAY FROM MULLER CHEVROLET, they are nothing but scam artists, out for everyday peoples HARD EARNED MONEY! SCABS - they will get theirs - KARMA is a wonderful thing - and if I can give just once ounce of negativity to this dealership for OUR MISFORTUNE that is the one pay back that would actually make a difference in my book! Unless you want to get ripped off and made promises that never meant to be kept - go for it - and good luck, but I will say I TOLD YOU SO, WHEN YOUR ON HERE TELLING YOUR RIP OFF STORY! If only all the people I tell this story to told me their stories before hand - we would have NEVER walked back into this dealership! Apparently MULLER CHEVROLET HAS QUITE THE NASTY REP FOR USED VEHICLES AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION... BE WARE!

Muller Chevrolet Inhuman and deceitful service!

On August 10 2006 I went into the store for the second time after already having a horrible experience and tried to purchase a vehicle since my credit is not the best I thought they may be the only ones who could help and I thought that maybe things would go differently. I was wrong! I am a single mother with a 3 year old daughter and 4 1/2 months pregnant. I was looking for an affordable family car good on gas. What they tried to sell me was a used Ford Taurus with a lot of miles... I drove the car for one week while waiting for insurance 2-3 days after driving it all the problems started surfacing, transmission, brakes, roters, power steering pump, sweaking belt, vibrations over 60mph, etc. When I informed them they did not want to take the car back but then they finally agreed to let em find something else, so I did, and then conveniently that car would not work so they tried to push teh Taurus again. I said no and then said I did not like anything else on the lot so since the financing never went through b/c I had to wait for insurance I wanted my $500.00 deposit back. They said no. Then tried to accuse me of causing all those problems with the Taurus! I then did a car fax and found out it was a rental from NY and was never told about it. My understanding is that it isn't illegal and voids the potential sale because I was never informed of it being a rental. So I went back and tried to explain that nicely and that I want my deposit and Scott, who could use a few customer service lessons in my opinion, said no if you don't want to do business with us you cannot have your deposit!

I am taking legal action to ensure my refund and would like anyone who has had problems with Scott or the dealership to email me with their issue and contact information so hopefully we can let the dealership know how inhuman and deceitful he is and fire him. He should not be allowed to work in any type of social situation as far as I am concerned. I was also informed he is not allowed to sell cars in PA for same types of dealings. That should be a clue. $500.00 may be nothing to him or the dealership but is A LOT to me and my family.

Thank You.

Leann.

Muller Chevrolet and everyone that works there are LIARS and CHEATS! I bought a 2006 F350 about 6 months ago. within weeks the transmission went. I asked them to look at it they told me to take it to a ford dealer they sell chevys. Now the fuel pump is leaking and the other day it just would not move or go out of 4 wheel drive. This truck is so messed up it really is a shame that a dealer would sell something like this. They told me they checked everything out and it was a great truck. THEY LIED! ontop of all of this, they cashed my deposit check when they said they wouldn't and caused me alot of fees from my bank. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM MULLER I tell everyone I know not to go there.

Now a day later - went to pick truck up from dealer - and low and behold - THE TRUCK WON'T START! Yeah - and they claimed to have checked out the truck and nothing is wrong with it - although they did not give the print out of what they "did" to the vehicle - gee, because they didn't do anything to it at all - pretty sad when a "reputable" company is so pathetic to not to care about their customers - and lie - guess sales are at that all time low - anything goes for them! Well - don't worry - I will NEVER go to them again! I urge anyone looking for a vehicle - LOOK PAST MULLER CHEVROLET - THEY'RE ONLY ABOUT THE SALE FOR THEM!

Muller Chevrolet will NEVER receive business from me again- nor anyone I can come in contact with to let them know what swindling money hungry scabs they are! Too bad they won't really know just how much money they will be missing out on - but I DO, so thats all that really matters! Muller Chevrolet - seriously you should be ashamed of yourselves, but hey, if ripping people off get's you through the day - just know - you WILL get yours some day - and you'll be asking - what did I do to deserve this - well - I am here to tell you right now so you KNOW - cause you have no conscience!

STAR PONTIAC did the same thing with me sold me a 94Z28 . a week later the trans is slipping. front wheel bearing asslemly. Plus i overpayed for the stupid car. I payed 5000. Its only worth 3000. I think these car dealers get a car at the auctions dirt cheap. And dont bother checking them out before reselling them. Cause all the used car the dealers have are showroom condition. Cream puffs. But your car is a heap. Junker. Until they resell it. Then its a creampuff.

This consumer is a liar and a fraud that had our car for a month and than brought it back claiming it had problems it didn't. She insisted we sell her another car she could not afford based on her finance approval and we could not allow her to do that.

She is a bad credit risk that should be in jail.
