Mugs and Beyond — product order
I placed an order for jackets in November 2016. The took the $218 out of my account, and I have not gotten the items, not have they attempted to resolve the issue even given multiple attempts to contact them personally and through the Better Business Bureau. I last emailed them 4 months ago, and they said they were backed up but I would receive my order. I attempted again today and have yet to hear anything from them at all.
